If you don't want to manually setup Facebook each time you go live, you can follow these steps:
Open http://fober.io/ and choose "Connect Facebook";
Click the Page or Profile you want to stream to - http://i.imgur.com/NvXdlhV.png;
Choose Next;
Add your Title, Description, and Visibility;
Choose the Plus sign and Copy RTMP and Stream Key - http://i.imgur.com/1zbbiwc.png
Go back to the previously opened Restream.io page with custom RTMP channel https://goo.gl/7I0gFR
