Every month Sonic Channel in Japan posts their fan art corner. There is usually a summary at the top, which I thought I'd translate here.

From having your emotions alone, to sending those feelings to someone else,
and having a fun party together with everyone, there is a great variety
in the way this month's theme 『Christmas』 is expressed.
Many drew not only Sonic but also drew scenes of his friends,
so you are able to enjoy how they would spend their time on Christmas.

Everyone, please have a fun and wonderful Christmas time along with Sonic and friends.

新年を迎えるソニック達の楽し気な様子が描かれた作品をたくさん頂きました。ソニックは勿論、仲間たちと一緒にみんな笑顔なのが印象的ですね。特に和装姿や、日本古来のお正月らしいシーンが多く、普段とは違う彼らの様子を見るのも楽しいです。そんな2020年はネズミ年！ どんどん新しい事に挑戦するソニック達の活躍の年になるといいですね。

みなさんもソニック達に負けないくらい充実した素敵な年をお迎えください。
