It's a long one.

I'm not saying you've not helped me. Hiring me, giving me something to live off while I see if this will work. Etc. I'm not complaining about the amount of vids recently either. I've tried to return the favour by suggesting the odd thing regardless of it benefiting me or not.

I never have a go at you for that reason. If I disagree or you bug me I usually just leave it cause you have helped me get to this point. I always try to be nice cause why bring hostility when you've tried to be nice. There's been a lot I've disagreed on but I'm either to scared to say since you're my "boss" and we just have a work relationship. (We only talk business.) Or I want to save you the hassle cause you don't deserve it.

I honestly think we just need better communication. Like last crimbo I had my little spurt because I felt like I was getting ignored and left in the dark. I've noticed the effort you put in after that. It's a lot better and I appreciate it. Like you used to say I'll upload a vid in a day and then a week later I had to message you about what's going on then you'd not reply for a few days after. It's a lot better now. We're the same age. We're both still figuring things out.

There are still problems, on both ends. I hate sending messages like all the shout out things hence why I typically say something like"gonna annoy you" or "I'm not intending to be a cunt." But I have too cause in the shout out case, It's been two months and although I've asked you've given me nothing and just said dunno. (I also disagreed a lot when I mentioned last time but again, you didn't deserve an argument for trying to do me a favour.) Like, saying "you we're just leaving it for a few month to focus on your channel and making sure it's done right then you'll do it" would stop making me thinking about it. You know how much I'm stressing over my future so it's literally on my mind everyday and it honeslty has made channels, I don't have high hopes cause I'd rather think of the worst as to not get disappointed but you can't disagree that it has made channels. I stress about being too much of a cunt asking this stuff because I have to keep repeating myself.

Same on my end. Last VR vid. The sleeping one. I said a couple times it's  probably isn't enough, to try and help, and you disagreed.  I left it cause it might just makes an argument. My friend in a slight disagreement typically makes it a full blown argument so I've learned tread lightly, My fault for assuming. Regardless, I should've just told you it wasn't enough and stood my ground as it ended up not being.

Basically the jist of this is, I understand you've helped but we need to communicate better. We're not a married couple but we are working together. The more talking usually the better. Like you said. I didn't even know about the none profit until I basically forced it out of you with the same questions a few month back. I probably still wouldn't know If I had a future planned so I didn't need to ask.

Also on topic of the shout out, I'm not demanding you do it quick. I'd rather it be done right as done wrong is pointless  I just want something to work with, something to tell me your thinking about it and it'll happen. Like the Townie thing. You didn't mention it, he appeared half way through. A lot of people might not have even realised he's your friend cause it wasn't obvious. A lot don't check the desc if not told to. He's on Twitch which you know a lot of yt isn't big on. Yet he still got follows but less than if it was fully acknowledged. I also think it's better earlier rather than later but that's your choice. Some guy got 40k views and did a 1v1 iwith someone on 400 subs n rl . That dude got 2k subs. He's overtook me in both views and subs in less than 5 hours just from that. Done right it can be insane but I just wanted an indication it was being done. I'd rather it be slow but done right.

I also lost the ability to monetise due to "reused content" which I didn't do but never got resolved. I no longer have the watch time to reapply meaning no ads which probably means never hitting recommended. The shout out us all I got left in hopes my Chan grows.
