  2. *THESE CHANGES GO INTO EFFECT SATURDAY 11/15
  3. I stand by my previous changes. I think we had a very-nearly balanced set of guns in the old meta-game. However, bases have changed and the playstyles have changed. In fact, some of the previous stats apparently posed such a problem that entire guns were disabled. I'm adjusting guns accordingly so that everyone can use the guns they purchased instead of having dead weight in their inventory.
