HOBOTOWN LAWS (DARKRP)
1. Default laws apply.
2. Guns are legal, but they must be holstered and they may only be used to defend yourself or to practice with the target.
3. All drugs are legal.
4. Creating a vendor in Hobotown to sell items is legal.
5. More laws may be added.
