Search for Special Cards at 9.9k BIN and 15 Mil Max Bid. Scroll to the second page. If not at 40th minute, back out and lower Max Bid by 10k and repeat until you get the 40th minute straight away. Then scroll to the 59th minute to look for deals. Only scroll to pages after the 59th minute every 30 seconds.
