Parker is a normal law abiding civilian. who just wants to move to lake side because its always been his dream to do. He wants to move because his homeland (Takistan) is just a land of civil war and violence. Parker has served some jail time in takistan but he is willing to abide by all the laws in lakeside because he really wants to make it big as he is a skilled driver and he would like to become a big star in the world of racing but for now that is just a dream as he would like to get started off in lakeside. like many immigrants both legal and illegal want a big house and a big car and a beautiful wife, and Parker is no different to that. Parker is willing to work hard and is willing to fully co-operate with any one, even police. He wants to fully leave his past behind and this is the big break he has been waiting for.
