The joint union of service, Zaryan Höllanbraten (hereafter Sir Zaryan), to Reilor Thalassa (hereafter the king), is herby certified by ______ and _______.

This contract certifies the service of Sir Zaryan to the king so long as the king upholds the following contract fufillments;
HEREBY pays Sir Zaryan no less than an equal party split of all GOLD and ITEMS OF MAGIC as are found by the party or individuals within the party (including but not limited to their retainers and their minions and pets)
HEREBY reasonably protects Sir Zaryan, and does not place him in unreasonable danger as agreed upon by both the two contract members AND other members of the party, OR a reasonable jury of up to 12 various non-party members not under the service of either the king nor Sir Zaryan
HEREBY provides Sir Zaryan with appropriate food, lodging, and quarters, as well as appropriate food, lodging, and quarters for his steeds and any future steeds up to a reasonable number agreed upon before hand:
WHEREIN Sir Zaryan's steeds will be fully accounted and taken care of up to the third steed per plane of reality (or any future reality free planes), and loding and quarters will be covered for a fourth steed, and Sir Zaryan will cover said fourth steed's food and water cost, SO AS FAR as lodging and quarters will not place the retainers and workers taking care of the lodging and quarters of such steeds within unreasonable danger (as defined by Sir Zaryan and the king AND the king's party OR a jury of 12 people not under the service of Sir Zaryan or the king), EXCEPT so far as the plane itself isn't considered a danger, as defined by a local expert of the plane as agreed upon by the Sir Zaryan and the king AND the king's party OR a jury of 12 people not under the service of the king or Sir Zaryan.
HEREBY will allow him to command an equal and fair number of military units as fairly divided among the king, Sir Zaryan, and any other party members.

The contract certifies the service of Sir Zaryan to the king so long as Sir Zaryan uphold the following contract fifillments;
HEREBY willfully protects the king as is reasonable, even if doing so may result in serious personal harm, but not up to and including his death or serious maiming.
HEREBY does not bring harm or misfortune to the party of the king, unless ordered by the king or for reasonable self-defense in protecting his well being or reputation
HEREBY does not take what is not reasonably his from the party, or the king, or the kings nation, unless doing so will directly be necessary for the self defense of Sir Zaryan in case of harm, AND THEN such taking must be repaid in a reasonable amount of time, so decided by Sir Zaryan and the king AND his party, OR a jury of 12 not under service to the king or Sir Zaryan.

This contract is void ab initio should the kings royal status ever prove to be false OR Sir Zaryan's knighthood prove to be false OR the king were to lose his kingdom UNLESS Sir Zaryan is willing to continue with the contract of his own volition.
