-Now gain Enemy Assist from E-Tanks
-Can no longer be telefragged during their intro animations
-Max health increased: 500 > 600
-Now immune to total freeze status effects, such as Terra's altfire

-Assist movement speed increased: 7 > 10, hit protection decreased: 5 > 3
-Grounded altfire formation hitbox no longer has hitstun

Plug Man:
-Thirdfire cooldown now also activates on whiff

Dr. Wily:
-Skull-stocked altfire explosion count decreased: 26 > 19
-Assist can now bounce off walls

Mega Water S:
-Mainfire speed increased: 75 > 100, damage scaling changed to match this new speed

-Charged mainfire suction force increased: 4 > 6, damage while traveling increased: 1 > 2
