Hey I have a very detailed and advanced idea for a bot but I don't know if it could be accomplished, to start it's an idea for a IRC bot just incase your being investigated or are demanded to show your server the idea came to me sitting in statistics class but here's the basics.
You login as your oper or whatever. its basic like a convo to convice the investiagors your irc is just for chat//music/// games however the creator modifies the code. so heres a little example of what I came up with at school

~Lethal : hey everyone what's going on?
<SyN-XP-ITA-uurbqr> - Hey! Lethal! <-(owner of the bin) Whats up
~Lethal : Nothing much what about you guys
<SyN-XP-ITA-uurbqr> - Just chillin and talkin with everyone else
~Lethal : okay well continue your conversation I was just checkin in on you guys
ALL BOTS THEN PROCEED TO TALK ABOUT RANDOM SUBJECTS AND HAVE A Q AND A IN THE CODING
What you can do also is throw in questions to ask the bot that they will respond to like Would you guys like me to turn on some music etc etc..
and to enable the talk command you could put it in as like /talk and !talk
to enable you to talk to the bots and trigger them to talk back.
if investigators ask why you just typed that. just say the IRC owner/admin put it in the code that we have to type that to see others talking and enable ourselves to talk to the others.

Like I said this wont be a easy task and I have no clue if it can be done but it's a hell of an idea and would make big bucks if could be accomplished.
