  1. The role of educator in developing social skills by means of moral standard is the main target of this study which will be in place Mlang National High School, Municipality of Mlang. The study was design to address some of the role of an educator in developing social skills by means of moral standards by further examination of broad concept of moral development. Educators will be asked to find out their ideas necessary in developing social skills by means of moral standards. Significant co-relation of moral development will be presented. This provides evidences that moral development status seems to be independent from students. Lev Vygotsky's Social development theory is discuss by using content analysis and convenient sampling.
