If a player murders you in foreign territory/wilderness, you can apply this CB against them. Note, killing you while you are in their territory is allowed. Killing in WarZone, Nether, and End are not CBable. Killing during war is also not CBable. This CB is carried by the player who killed you. Claiming over land after killing someone is not allowed, and the CB will proceed as normal.
