Upon commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service, and if violated or not agreed upon the transaction will be terminated and I will not start, continue, or complete the commission (depending on the point in the commissioning process at which the ToS is violated or disputed).

My commissioning process either follows a first come first serve queue, or a process in which I personally pick which commissions I accept from a group of commission requests. When opening commissions I will clarify whether or not it is first come first serve or not, and therefore by reading this and accepting these terms you accept the possibility of your commission not being accepted and approved. Commissioned pieces can take as little as a few days but can take up to multiple weeks depending on factors such as commission complexity, a backlogged queue, or personal/medical emergencies. I will notify my clients of the setback.

I do not accept refunds under most circumstances. The only occasion where I will offer a refund is if I have not yet started the piece and for some reason, I am unable to carry out the commission. In these rare cases, I will discuss it with the client. In situations where a refund is absolutely necessary due to a financial emergency, a refund will be issued however you will be blacklisted from working with me further. You may not ask for a refund just because you are unhappy with the finished product.

Small edits are permitted after the piece is completed, the first small edit is free, after the second edit, I will charge a $10 editing fee. Small edits are small changes that take me a very short amount of time to do- I won't redo major parts of the composition as an edit.

I have the right to refund or refuse a commission or an edit for any reason, including but not limited to me being uncomfortable with the subject matter, subject matter exceeding my skill level, harassment towards me, character/subject matter is stolen/used in bad faith, or anything regarding discrimination, bullying, or abuse.

I will charge extra if the design of the commission is complex and will take me extra time and effort.

Do not repost my artwork in an unaltered state to any public space (examples: unlocked twitter accounts, a blog, other gallery websites) without a direct link to credit me. This DOES NOT apply to usage of the artwork as an icon, banner, or other decorative adornment on a personal page. Credit to me as the artist of those forms of decoration is appreciated.

Artwork commissioned from me is for personal use only. Do not repost or otherwise repurpose my artwork for commercial use or for profit of any kind. For inquiries about commissioning a piece for commercial use, please contact me by email to discuss: [email protected]

Do not trace or copy my art, or you will be immediately blacklisted from commissioning or working with me in the future. Do not use my personal artwork or commissioned artwork for usage in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any form of blockchain technology. This is a breach of copyright and under no circumstances will I approve of such actions.

Things I will not draw:
-Complex machinery
-Explicit or obscene content
-Fascist/neo-nazi symbols or imagery, or subject matter glorifying fascism/nazism/far-right ideology
-Any subject matter with racist/bigoted undertones

Things I will draw:
-Artistic nudity
-Furries
-Humanoids
-Monsters
-Blood and gore (I may decline if it is excessively graphic)
-Backgrounds (will raise price)

Payment is with USD and through PayPal. Alternative options for payment are available, including Cashapp, Venmo or Ko-Fi. Smaller payments are preferably paid through Ko-Fi, but larger ones will preferably be with PayPal. This is something we can discuss, however the payment type is ultimately up to me and depends on the circumstances of the commission. If done through PayPal, I will send you an invoice to your PayPal email address. After the commission is paid, I will begin work on your commission. I will not start on it until I am paid. This TOS will be included in the invoice and must be agreed to, or else the commission will be terminated.

Chargebacks are prohibited and I will blacklist you from commissioning me if you do this.

Tips are not required but are very appreciated.
