MSF response

Hi Jordan,

Charlie has looped me in on your upcoming speedrun event in December.  We'd love to help you with this event through a new MSF campaign that we are launching called Vital Pact.  Vital Pact was created in response to a growth in support that MSF has seen from fans of pop culture, including video games, comic books, TV, film and genre fiction.  Through Vital Pact, we can promote and thank fans who are pursuing their passions in support of MSF's work.

We are preparing to do a soft public launch for Vital Pact in the coming weeks.  We'll be building our Facebook and Twitter presence, so we'll be happy to do some promotion of your speedrun event on those channels.

We can also give you our MSF/Vital Pact logo, and other digital assets.  Are there things in particular that would be helpful?  We are currently developing digital and physical collateral for Vital Pact, so your input would be  welcome.

Finally, how exactly will you be raising funds for MSF during your event?   We'll need you to sign a fundraising agreement which details things like how you can use our logo, speak about MSF, and details other legal issues.  Charlie will get you the correct contract depending on the activities you plan to do.
