Corinne Bailey Rae - You are **Corinne Bailey Rae**, and you've known tremendous loss in your lifetime. The sea, the majestic sea, has taken so much from you--its waters break and thrash against you, its depths conspire against you. Loss has left you fragile--but you've had time to reflect, and you've come to find that for all life's cruelty it has a way of taking fragile hearts and making them quite robust. Your fragility brings you resilience, allowing you to deflect actions targeting one player onto another player. Once per game, you may also choose to become a mirror, reflecting any action against you back to the user.

Lianne La Havas - Girl, you are some kind of wonderful. You are **Lianne La Havas**, and your circuits may break, but the electricity lingers. Every night, the world gets a little bit colder (no wiser, just a little bit older) and your heart grows a little bit harder, but you can still feel love's spark, allowing you to take on a new passive ability each night. Who knows what the future will hold?

Joanna Newsom - You are **Joanna Newsom**, and there are so many things that are okay and good that sometimes it makes you crumple over with being alive. We have been allowed such an insane depth of beauty and enjoyment in this lifetime, you can't help but look at the stars each night and marvel at the stark blue expanse of the heavens. At night, you may PM the host to investigate another player. Your results will be returned to you as either Meteorite, Meteoroid, Meteor or No Result.

Meredith Godreau - You are **Meredith Godraeu**, a singer-songwriter with the voice of a dove and the eyes of a hawk. You are reserved, meaning you cannot post directly in the main chat. You may, however, PM the host twice a game to publically investigate who another player targeted that night. When you finally overcome your shyness and use this ability for the first time, you will lose your reserved status--but be warned: If you use you second inspect, you will go back to being reserved for the duration of the game.

Caitlin Pasko - You are **Caitlin Pasko**, and life? Life is hard. Sometimes you wish you could just be a rose, under a tree--then maybe you wouldn't have to feel anything. You are reserved, meaning you cannot directly speak in the main chat. At any point during the day on an even day, you may PM the host to treestump yourself, at which point you will no longer be considered reserved.

Sufjan Stevens - You are **Sufjan Stevens**, and the world is abundant. God, in all his wonder, has given you many gifts in this life. Once per game, you may vanillize another player at night. You also possess the one-shot ability to temporarily remove another player from the game for one day phase, as well as the ability to increase the number of votes needed to eliminate another player, or make them your neighbor.

Mariah Carey - Whew! You are **Mariah Carey**, and needless to say, you've got me feeling emotions. Your astonishing five octave vocal range gives you a certain degree of flexibility, allowing you to dodge most night actions other than kills. You are just as charismatic as you are melismatic, and as such have accrued quite a fair amount of followers. Your fans (whom you affectionately refer to as "lambs") will sheep you at all times, allowing your vote to count for two. At times, however, you can be a bit *too* vocal--in the event that you are nightkilled, non-town players will be informed of one random town role in the setup.

Omar Rodriguez Lopez - You are **Omar Rodriguez-Lopez**, and you've got a penchant for solar gambling. Once per game, you may privately PM the host in order to immediately end the Day. On all subsequent nights, you may target a player in order to place a bet on them. If this player is successfully lynched the next day, you will be reloaded.

Bjork - What exactly do you do again? Oh, that's right, you're **Bjork**. You're no fucking Buddhist, but you've seen enlightenment: and it's granted you the ability to see what actions were used on a player that night. Occasionally, however, you grow tired of this voyeuristic culture we live in, and so once per game you may silence another player in the game, leaving them unable to speak for the next day. On all subsequent nights, you may target a player in order to place a bet on them. If that player is successfully lynched the next day, you will be granted a one-shot modpost.

Ely Guerra - You are **Ely Guerra**, and you like to think of yourself as more of a lover than a fighter. What's the difference, anyway? When all's said and done, love is war--and you? You'll do whatever it takes to come out on top. Once per game, you can gladiate another player, forcing the rest of the players to lynch either you or them. More generally, you happen to be a woman of great influence--your clear blue eyes and rose-red lips hold great sway with those in power, allowing you to kingmake one player once per game.

Kate Bush - You are **Kate Bush**, and you just know that something good is gonna happen. Heck, just saying it could even make it happen. Just say the words, and a player you target will be protected from all nightkills for that night. Once per game, you can make a deal with god by placing a bet on the next day's lynch. If this bet is successful, you may give up your normal protective powers and instead choose a single player to protect from all kills until you yourself are eliminated.

St. Vincent - You are **St. Vincent**, and though you do your best to blur the lines between domesticity and sensuality, at times you can get a bit overstimulated by the outside world and consumerist culture in general. Each night, before you go to bed, you do your best to tune it all out by popping a xanax and roleblocking another player. In all your anxiety, however, you've found it difficult to be consistent about which players you block. You keep a lovely home, and have long grown numb to the casual cruelties of domestic life -

Stuart Smith - You know what? This town needs guns. You are **Stuart Smith**, and there's just too many scummy folk running around these parts. Once per game, you may PM the host to use a vigilante shot on another player. Incidentally, in your spare time, you manage an exotic pet shop. Being the generous shopkeeper that you are, any night that you do not use your vig shot, you instead feel compeled to gift pets to other players.

Fiona Apple - You are **Fiona Apple**, and whether the people are kind to you, or whether they treat you mean, you always seem to make the most of it. You are, after all, an extraordinary machine. Each night, you must compulsively align yourself with another player. You will take on this player's alignment and win-condition for the next day/night cycle. Being the frightened and fickle person you are, you are unnable to target the same person two nights in a row.

Mike Kinsella - Could you love someone completely? By someone, I mean mafia. You are **Mike Kinsella**, and you're only playing because you don't wanna die alone. At night, if you listen close, you can almost hear the sad waltzes of Pietro Crespi playing gently in the background as you compulsively attempt to loverize your targets. Be careful, however, as your action will only be successful if you target another mafia-aligned player. You are too heartbroken to be nightkilled.

Regina Spektor - All your mail is addressed to Lucille, but you are in fact **Regina Spektor**. You live in a small apartment, just downstairs from most of the playerlist. As a result, you tend to overhear people - you hear them taking out the garbage, you hear them loving their girlfriends, you hear them flushing the toilet... What's a girl gotta do to get some peace and quiet? On odd nights, you fake a smile and try to be a good neighbor, reflexively neighborizing anyone who targets you. On even nights, you manage to get some shut-eye by reflexively silencing any player that targets you.

Andrew Bird - You are **Andrew Bird**, and you're tired of wasting left-handed kisses and fifty-cent words on preludes to half-hearted, back-handed lovesongs. You thought it would be absolutely hilarious if you were a role parrot.

Beatrice Martin - You are **Beatrice Martin**, and you've the heart and soul of a pirate. Each night, you take it upon yourself to break into the homes of your targets and take whatever you can find. Some might find it difficult to sail the seven seas in a city like Montreal, but a strong-willed thief like yourself somehow manages. You do what it takes to survive, and are aligned with no one but yourself.

Justin Vernon - Sometimes, you just need to get away form it all. You are **Justin Vernon**, and heartbreak after heartbreak has left you tired and worn. That's alright, though, you've managed to find some comfort in your solitude. Once per game, you can head off into the woods with a one-shot commute. You don't like to be disturbed often, and once per game may go into hiding with another player in order to avoid all night actions targeting you. When you  find yourself on the receiving end of too much attention, you may choose to take a hiatus from the game altogether by pseudociding.

Joni Mitchell - You are **Joni Mitchell**, and you like roses and kisses and pretty men to tell you pretty lies. On odd nights, you can be found down at the pub, pushing quarters into the Wurlitzer to drown out anyone approaching you, reflexively silencing them in the process. On even nights, you can be found in your neighborhood cafe, making smalltalk with old flames and reflexively recruiting other players to join you.
