Looks:  Rika has a traditional beauty that dates back before the emergence of quirks. With long, dark hair and finely manicured bangs contrasting against pale skin and dark eyes, the simplicity in her appearance makes her appearance... unique, if not regal. For her age, she's generously endowed and tends to dress accordingly, always favoring to appear as conservative as she portrays herself to be.

Biography:  Rika comes from a family of wealth, so she's never wanted for anything, though she was raised as humbly as possible, as her family wasn't always rich. Only her mother possessed a quirk, which was simple telepathy - one of the ways her family began to rise to riches. Once her mother was introduced to business through her workaholic father, the two paired together to create a discrete, though completely legal, company, stationed in both Japan and the United States. Often, her family travels overseas for business for weeks to months at a time, leaving Rika to her own devices in the care of her grandmother and their long-time butler.

It was in her teenage years that her quirk truly began to manifest (as a child, she was registered with telepathy, like her mother), especially with the more time she spent with her grandmother, who was quirkless but exceptional at 'reading' people. With the emergence of her quirk at its full capacity, it oftentimes becomes mentally overstimulating, which, with time, has altered the young maiden's... perception.

Regardless, she's a bright young maiden, quick on her feet and more clever than she initially gives herself credit for, portraying herself as modest and under-confident more often than not. She tends to be a very secretive girl, not wanting to offer up too much information

As a child, the concept of attending U.A. High School to expand her quirk and make a difference as best as she could was her motivator, though as her third year nears its end, she wonders if she's meant to be a hero — Is she meant to be a bystander or something more...?

Costume:  N/A. At home, she does have a custom made costume that she hasn't been able to use, given that she's a General Studies student. Essentially, it is a latex catsuit; a single one-piece that starts at her toes, ending at her wrists, leaving her hands bare. Optionally, there's a matching mask, created Support Companies via her parents' connections. The mask protects the forefront of her brain from incoming waves, i.e. protecting her from other mentalists.

Motivations: Initially, Rika wanted to become a helpful asset to society, not just her parents' growing company. As she's grown and attended U.A. and her quirk has flourished, she's begun to second-guess her purpose.

Quirk: Mentalism; a bold mix of telepathy and empathy. Rika can read thoughts but more than that, she can read bodies. This is in terms of present and forthcoming movement.

Abilities:
- Telepathy: Simply put, she can read thoughts. She 'hears' the thoughts of others constantly with no on/off switch, so to speak, so she's learned to hone in on the person's thoughts particularly. She can also temporarily force her mind to 'stop,' clearing her thoughts completely (usually to give privacy) with a 30-60 second time limit.
- Empathy: In tandem with telepathy, she can 'feel' what others are feeling, despite their outward facade. Fear, anxiety, happiness; she can feel them all when she channels in on a person.
- Deception/Psychbreaking: While not directly related to her quirk, Rika thrives in deception. It's one of the reasons those around her know little about her. Her true nature is never exposed, unless she wills it so, and typically, if it's in her favor. Example: Once, unbeknownst to her opponent, using telepathy and/or empathy, she can 'toy' with their emotions, so to speak. Something she learned from her grandmother. Playing coy, as she so often does, to the extent that she does can cause mental shock, which can temporarily (or permanently) hinder a person's psych; either way, it offers her an advantage.

Moves: No physical moves. It's actually best she doesn't get physical.

Weaknesses:
- Offense: Rika is quick on her feet and avidly flexible, thanks to a childhood filled with consistent gymnastic classes, though she can't do close-range attacks.
- Other telepaths: Nothing, except for her mask, can stop other telepaths from reading her thoughts, which leaves her vulnerable in that respect.
- Overwhelming: After years of hearing the thoughts and feelings of others, when Rika is taking in the adrenaline or the mental high of others, the feelings will mirror to her, which can make her more than vulnerable.
- Eye color: A tell-tale sign of when her quirk is active is her eyes changing to that bright red.
