-Heal at the Center

Wartortle is now Level 19
-Heal to full

		  Keep using Tail Whip for -2 Defense

-Teach Bubblebeam over Tail Whip
-Heal to near full HP

Get Bike Voucher then dig to Cerulean.

After getting the Bike (Bike Menu);
	-swap second item in bag with bike
	-use super potion if low hp

		-if swapped antidotes/other scroll to top and get on bike
