Not really. Selfishness is what we term people who are satisfied only by helping themselves you dope. If you’re fulfilled by giving and want the world to reflect that, that isnt selfish.

Selfishness isnt any concern for yourself or any desire to have the best conditions for yourself. Because ultimately every person is motivated by some kind of self-interested motive, it's always the ultimate motivation behind all other motivations. What matters is the direct motivating force as that tells you more about the person and what they are likely to do. As such it's more a term to describe personalities which only concern themselves with that and/or try to achieve their goals in a way that shows little or no regard for others
