It's a bit of assortment of things I suppose. Mostly buy right now, especially with the holidays. Also just been feeling a bit down recently. I've been doing some counciling tho and it's been helping.
It would be a lie if I said I'm not as motivated as I used to be, but that could also be because I've just been doing the same thing for the past two years. Ive never joined any sub teams or anything. So maybe it just feels repetitive?
Been thinking of the ideas team for a while still now and think maybe it would be a good one to go for.

Mineplex has always been a second home to me, as corny as it sounds, so I want to do like everything I can to come on. And I want to help make it grow again.

I think I do just need to get more involved again. I guess sometimes I feel like nobody knows me since I'm normally off moderating alone and doing my own thing.

I like communicating with the players. And like, I can be a little bit more lenient at times too. Which I find they react to very well. I'm often told that I'm their favourite mod or that I'm a good mod. So it just makes me wonder what their interactions are like with other staff members too?

I also really wanna go on right now but I left my darn laptop charger at my boyfriend's... I have to leave early next morning to pick it up before going to my grandma's for Christmas, which are both in complete opposite directions lol.

Do you feel as though you still want to continue on with your moderation duties? It seems like you’re really invested in ideas team and making sure great ideas are discussed and debated, which is really awesome to see and it’s a community+ subteam as well

I enjoy helping people. It's something I've always just felt the need to do. Just answering player questions and banning hackers in games before they can win to help make somebody's day just makes me feel happy.

I've focused a lot of time on others. But never really did myself. That's why I'm doing counciling too. I just need to find the good balance, and I think I'm almost there.

I think to become more active, I just need to give myself some goals, and deadlines to complete those goals. Cause otherwise I'll just say "Yeah, I'll get this done" and then here I am 2 days later.

I suppose id have to look into them all again to be 100% sure. Quality Assurance used to interest me, since it's another way I can help players out and make sure they enjoy their time on the server.

I've been thinking about the ideas section on the forums too. The forums hardly get any involvement. So I think a different platform just for ideas might be sufficient.
A system that lets people give a +1 via a button instead of just commenting if they like it or not. Which also shows the hottest ideas up top.

I know McDonalds did this while back actually and it was really interesting. Well, sorta different tho.
They would give a response to every question that was posted.

Even having a subsection on there to have some daily/weekly rewards or something. You could log on once every day or week to recietve some like, shards or something.

Heya! It seemed you punished KoiDing for death wishes sev 3 when they didnt have a previous death wishes punishment. Therefore, the mute should have been a severity two. I just fixed it so we’re good on that front but make sure you check the PH before muting someone for DW :smile:

I understand that and support you in your effort to increase your IGT. Last month, I remember you saying that you needed more involvement on the server. Now, it seems that there are no friends to play with hence stippling motivation and overall engagement on the staff team.
I have been sympathetic and understanding to everything that has been going on but I want to see actions and results, instead of excuses.
I will be more than willing to  help with the daily tasks idea. However, I would like you to make the first draft outlining what you believe to be ideal based on your quota (found in your slideshow RC) and when you’d be mostly online. Once you are done, please feel free to send it my way so I can look it over and approve it.

I appreciate you telling me these things. In the grand scheme of things, I can only do so much to help you with what you’re looking for. Getting more involved on the server and forging social connections with others to play with are things I cannot help much with as those are more personal endeavors. (edited)
