I guess it is time to tell the truth.

I lied, or rather, ommited the true nature of the novelist visit to the station.

In truth, I co-wrote this novel with Le Blanc. I think it's a real gem.

My idea was to get Mr. Redd's funding to publish the book, so I arranged a meeting, as well as a national interview to promote the book.

That time, a bit before noon, I did lead him to the waiting room, so we could talk with Redd's during his final rehearsal period before the interview.

The subject of this talk would be the book of course.

Unfortunately, talks went sour, Redd didn't agree to it. Le Blanc seemed really upset.

But duty called, they had to setup the interview and I had to get to my office to monitor the broadcast.

A few minutes later, after it started, is when I heard the screams.

What a shame, it was such a good book, but now I just want to distance myself from it.
