A town where a strange birth defect leaves anyone born there with no capacity for magic. Visiting mages can make a good amount of money doing favors for people, although they're politely asked not to settle there to keep the economy from tilting in their favor. It's not a large town but it's a good rest stop on the way to larger towns.
