BF Session 13-3

[21:55]	<[GM]Mary>	Mini-sessions, part three!
[22:00]	<[GM]Mary>	Maids have said their goodbyes, and are now off to bed. In room that once was of Mary and Cerise is now of Mary and Sam, and henceforth brought tidings of wonderful sisterhood and conversation!

[22:03]	<[Dune]Sam>	[Away you, it's not 1848.]
[22:11]	* Mary	sits down on her bed and kicks off her shoes, heaving a heavy sigh as the troubles of her day cloud her mind. She takes off her head gear, along with her blouse, skirt, and socks, revealing a plain, slightly pink camisole and pair of shorts beneath. She flops back on her bed.
[22:19]	* [Dune]Sam	walks alone towards Cerise's and Mary's room, finished with the day's duties and ready to rest. For one reason or another tonight's air seems a little chill against her legs (which her miniskirt doesn't do much to protect).
[22:22]	<[Dune]Sam>	It's been a long day...
[22:23]	* [Dune]Sam	finally sites the door to the room, and stops in front of it momentarily before opening it.
[22:24]	* Mary	sits up. Finally time to get to work. Hopefully she'll do better now than she has before.
[22:25]	<Mary>	Sam?
[22:27]	* [Dune]Sam	enters the room and closes it behind her, shedding her own shoes and looking around the room. Surprisingly, Cerise isn't here...
[22:27]	<[Dune]Sam>	Yes?
[22:28]	* Mary	smiles, and lends a welcoming voice.
[22:30]	<Mary>	Take a seat.
[22:32]	* [Dune]Sam	ceases her undressing upon hearing Mary again, having just dismissed her socks and sits down on the bed next to Mary's. She's slightly (ever so) anxious about what she has to say...
[22:34]	<Mary>	So, what do you think?
[22:35]	* [Dune]Sam	blinks and responds cluelessly, though that is false: (does this have to do with why Cerise isn't here...?)
[22:35]	<[Dune]Sam>	...about what?
[22:36]	* Mary	smiles, and stands her hands of both sides of her on the bed.
[22:36]	<Mary>	Anything.
[22:36]	<Mary>	Are you getting along with Teilya and the rest? She seems to be taken with you.
[22:38]	* [Dune]Sam	's shyness shines through a little, and she fidgets just a bit while speaking slightly nervously.
[22:39]	* [Dune]Sam	also recalls her accompanying Teilya earlier in the day, and how soft her tail was... she blushes slightly in that remembrance.
[22:39]	<[Dune]Sam>	um, yeah, Teilya's nice.
[22:42]	<[Dune]Sam>	I was helping her a bit earlier with that guy, and lunch...
[22:43]	<[Dune]Sam>	I haven't seen many others today, though.
[22:46]	<Mary>	That's good. I'm glad you've found a place here, already.
[22:47]	<Mary>	You may not know it, but you help Teilya immeasurably just by being with her. It's a good thing you do, and you have my thanks for it.
[22:47]	* [Dune]Sam	nods, her mind still a bit on when Teilya was toying with her a bit earlier in the day. (her tail really is soft...)
[22:48]	* [Dune]Sam	responds to the comment with some nervousness in her voice.
[22:48]	<[Dune]Sam>	um, thank you, i guess...
[22:48]	* Mary	. o ( So shy~ )
[22:49]	* Mary	(but...)
[22:49]	<Mary>	...Hmm. Is something the matter, Sam?
[22:50]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes a bit.
[22:51]	<[Dune]Sam>	n-not really...
[22:51]	* Mary	's smile falls, and brows show she's listening closely.
[22:51]	* Mary	brow, even
[22:53]	<Mary>	Are you sure? If there's anything - anything at all I can answer, help, or do for you, do not hesitate to ask. Now, I know you're shy, but if there's ever a real problem and you need someone, please come talk to me or Teilya.
[22:55]	<Mary>	If you're just tired, then go to sleep. If you need to talk, my time is yours, and my ears are always listening.
[22:55]	* [Dune]Sam	nods slowly and replies, although still not quite answering the question.
[22:56]	<[Dune]Sam>	um, thank you...
[22:58]	* [Dune]Sam	fidgets just a bit further before managing to proceed.
[22:59]	<[Dune]Sam>	i... guess it's not really a problem, but would you really try and help...?
[23:00]	* Mary	sits forth in attention, completely serious, but retains a smile.
[23:01]	<Mary>	Yes. It is, in fact, my duty to do so, though I would help you in any way I could regardless of my work. I will be happy to help you.
[23:02]	* [Dune]Sam	raises her dropped head to look at Mary, and manages to smile slightly though her shy streak is still plain in her speech.
[23:02]	<[Dune]Sam>	t-thank you...
[23:03]	* [Dune]Sam	fidgets a bit more in silence before speaking her mind more freely.
[23:04]	<[Dune]Sam>	it's just that earlier today, i felt a bit weird...
[23:05]	<Mary>	Oh?
[23:06]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes just a bit, recalling again her accompaniment of Teilya earlier.
[23:06]	<[Dune]Sam>	Teilya's tail is soft...
[23:07]	* [Dune]Sam	then shakes her head slightly, and speaks in stead of whispers.
[23:08]	<[Dune]Sam>	this morning i was helping Teilya with some things...
[23:09]	* Mary	is a little more... ept in these matters now, considering all the things that have happened in the last twenty-four hours, but withholds jumping to conclusions and hears her out.
[23:11]	* [Dune]Sam	begins semi-reviewing her day with Teilya.
[23:12]	<[Dune]Sam>	after watching the clinic, and just before we headed to the kitchen to make lunch, she offered to make me a new skirt...
[23:13]	<Mary>	A new skirt? Is there something wrong with the one you have?
[23:13]	* [Dune]Sam	tugs a little at her rather short and unprotective miniskirt.
[23:14]	<[Dune]Sam>	it's a little... short.
[23:14]	<[Dune]Sam>	b-but i don't want her taking the trouble of trying to make a new one, this one works fine...
[23:15]	* [Dune]Sam	fidgets and blushes slightly.
[23:18]	<Mary>	Hm. If you're worried about her making an extraneous effort for you, don't be. It's good for Teilya to keep herself busy, and if it's for you, then all the better. We'd replace your skirt for you, anyway.
[23:19]	* [Dune]Sam	blinks at Mary's profession that she'd perform the same service and is slightly surprised (though not unpleasantly).
[23:19]	<[Dune]Sam>	ah, i see...
[23:19]	<Mary>	I'm sure it's no trouble to her. In fact, she probably likes doing it, simply because it's for the new bashful girl. For Sam.
[23:21]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes upon being called 'bashful', though it does no part to counter it. She stops speaking and gasps slightly.
[23:21]	* [Dune]Sam	's state is probably capable of being sensed, even with the distance between the two.
[23:22]	* Mary	almost feels a radiant of heat from the poor girl's ears. Almost.
[23:24]	* [Dune]Sam	's level of embarrassment falls over a minute, and she is able to continue by ignoring the comment (verbally, anyway).
[23:25]	<[Dune]Sam>	um-m, anyway, we then started heading to the kitchen to make lunch...
[23:30]	<[Dune]Sam>	and she brushed her tail against me.
[23:30]	<[Dune]Sam>	it was soft...
[23:30]	<Mary>	...?
[23:30]	* [Dune]Sam	feels a little silly sharing this, and stops.
[23:33]	* [Dune]Sam	's voice falls a bit.
[23:33]	<Mary>	What do you mean? Like, by accident?
[23:34]	<[Dune]Sam>	no, but it was soft, and nice...
[23:34]	* [Dune]Sam	's voice trails off.
[23:34]	<[Dune]Sam>	this is silly, sorry to bother you...
[23:35]	<Mary>	Hahaha, no, no bother at all. Even silly things need due reckoning.
[23:36]	<Mary>	But from what you say... She's been feeling you with her tail on purpose?
[23:36]	* Mary	shifts on her bed.
[23:37]	<[Dune]Sam>	um, yes, i guess...
[23:38]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes a little further and speaks more softly.
[23:38]	<Mary>	Hmm. That's interesting.
[23:39]	* Mary	is a little jealous, as she only gets to play with Teilya's nekobits when she can manage to catch her unawares in the bath. Good for her, then!
[23:39]	<Mary>	Do you think it's invasive?
[23:40]	* [Dune]Sam	fidgets a little more where she's sitting on the bed before proceeding.
[23:40]	<[Dune]Sam>	u-umm...
[23:42]	<[Dune]Sam>	s-she just did that and touched me a lot when she took measurements for my skirt, and made me feel weird...
[23:42]	* [Dune]Sam	finally just speaks out with it.
[23:43]	<Mary>	...hmm.
[23:43]	* [Dune]Sam	also blushes more than she has before in this room tonight.
[23:45]	* Mary	sits with her chin perched atop her hand for a few moments, deep in thought.
[23:47]	* [Dune]Sam	fidgets some more, and then brings up her legs to fold them just under and beside her on the bed.
[23:47]	<[Dune]Sam>	s-so that's it.
[23:48]	<[Dune]Sam>	n-not a problem, but not-not one either...
[23:49]	* [Dune]Sam	falls silent.
[23:50]	<Mary>	Judging from what I know of Teilya for the past year and your current relationship with her, I would say that Teilya was merely being playful. She's probably just as aware of your shy attitude as I am, and she might do those things to get a reaction out of you. Heh, she probably thinks it's cute. But anyhow, she's not the kind of person that would be mean to you for no reason. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, just say so, and I'm sure she'll understand. She won't think less of you for it.
[23:52]	* [Dune]Sam	gulps.
[23:53]	<[Dune]Sam>	a-ah, i see... that's kinda what i thought...
[23:53]	* Mary	folds her hands in her lap.
[23:53]	<Mary>	Would you like me to talk to her?

[23:55]	* [Dune]Sam	's mind is engaged in an interesting conflict. ( I-i kinda don't want her to, but i don't want to disappoint her, either... )
[23:56]	* [Dune]Sam	sums it up with an indecisive comment.
[23:56]	<[Dune]Sam>	i-i dunno...
[00:05]	<Mary>	If I can say anything about Teilya with full confidence, it is that she is not someone you need be afraid of. Her physical advances are probably genial in nature, it's just another way for her to show affection for you.
[00:06]	* [Dune]Sam	's embarrassment and nervousness begin to recede in tiny increments.
[00:06]	<Mary>	Like I said before, she's quite taken with you. It is perhaps a product of her nature and her will to amend past sins.

[00:11]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes slightly again.
[00:11]	<[Dune]Sam>	it's...fine if you don't talk to her, then...
[00:12]	* Mary	slowly gets nowhere. Hmm...
[00:15]	<Mary>	...Would you rather work with someone other than Teilya?
[00:15]	* [Dune]Sam	raises her head and eyes in surprise at this.
[00:16]	* Mary	listens carefully to her tone. This is not one that is so straightforward.
[00:16]	* [Dune]Sam	, while she still speaks timidly, is somewhat upfront.
[00:16]	<[Dune]Sam>	no, she's really nice...
[00:19]	<Mary>	Hmm...
[00:19]	* [Dune]Sam	thinks to herself also: (I-if she does that much, and that's her way of showing affection, then she really must like me a lot... I can't deny that from her.)
[00:23]	<Mary>	You think she's nice, Hmm... Can you tell me what you like about her?
[00:23]	* [Dune]Sam	's heart skips a beat in surprise, and she blushes some more.

[00:25]	* [Dune]Sam	tries to stall a bit so she can form something coherent to say.
[00:26]	<Mary>	You know what?
[00:26]	<Mary>	I've been asking you too many questions. Is there anything you'd rather ask of me?
[00:26]	* [Dune]Sam	gives a quizzical look, and then understanding, relaxes a bit.
[00:28]	* [Dune]Sam	sighs, and then speaks one that has been on the border of her mind since she entered the room:
[00:28]	<[Dune]Sam>	why isn't Cerise here?
[00:30]	<Mary>	Ah. She's sleeping in another room.
[00:31]	* [Dune]Sam	remembers her manners, but does not stop.
[00:32]	<[Dune]Sam>	i'm sorry, i don't mean to pry... but why?
[00:32]	* [Dune]Sam	gives a quizzical look at Mary.
[00:33]	<Mary>	Well, we didn't want to make you feel like a third wheel, so to speak. The master believes me more capable of assisting you on a one on one basis like this, and I agreed to it.
[00:35]	* Mary	gives the plain truth, but still wishes to sleep with Cerise again. Haah... I'll have to do something about all that.
[00:36]	* [Dune]Sam	nods.
[00:36]	<[Dune]Sam>	hmm~, i didn't feel like a third wheel though, and you and Cerise seem close...
[00:37]	* Mary	smiles, in a distant sort of way.
[00:37]	<Mary>	We are.
[00:38]	* [Dune]Sam	sees Mary's smile, and is a little troubled.
[00:39]	* [Dune]Sam	(her smile seems a little different...)
[00:41]	<[Dune]Sam>	then might it be possible for her to sleep in here again?
[00:42]	<Mary>	Maybe.
[00:43]	<Mary>	Do you like Cerise?
[00:43]	* [Dune]Sam	nods audibly.
[00:43]	* Mary	hears.
[00:44]	<[Dune]Sam>	she and you are kind...
[00:44]	* [Dune]Sam	's shyness reenters the mix a bit.
[00:45]	<Mary>	Hmhm. Yeah, she's got a really good heart to her, as well.
[00:45]	<Mary>	Everyone here does, really.

[00:48]	<Mary>	Though we're all different, we're all lonely souls in search of a little love. Haha, some want a lot of love... I can't say I'm not amongst those. That's why we all work really hard for one another.
[00:49]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes a little, and wonders a bit about the day's events.
[00:51]	* Mary	keeps a sad smile, as she thinks about her friends... and above all, the paradox that is Ludwig and Cerise.
[00:53]	* [Dune]Sam	worries a little when she sees Mary's sad smile. (I want to ask if anything's wrong, but...)
[00:53]	* [Dune]Sam	fidgets, with the conflict.
[00:58]	<Mary>	We all want to work hard for you, too.
[00:58]	* [Dune]Sam	blinks, surprised a little.
[00:58]	<[Dune]Sam>	eh?
[01:00]	* Mary	shifts her smile to her regular, confident one.

[01:01]	<Mary>	It's true. Whether you like it or not, you're a part of us now.
[01:06]	<Mary>	It could be why Teilya is acting the way she is. Perhaps you should talk to Cerise about that, she's better friends with Teilya than I am.

[01:14]	* Mary	brings her legs up on the bed, crossing them and reaches behind herself, apparently undoing her bra through her shirt absentmindedly. She drops it, along with her other dirty clothes, in a basket near the foot of the bed.
[01:14]	<Mary>	Is there anything else you want to talk about?
[01:15]	* [Dune]Sam	blushes, and averts her head slightly.
[01:18]	<[Dune]Sam>	umm, i don't think so...
[01:19]	* [Dune]Sam	slightly more quietly:
[01:19]	<[Dune]Sam>	...you've really helped me for now, thank you.
[01:22]	* Mary	smiles once more:
[01:22]	<Mary>	You're welcome.
[01:23]	<Mary>	Do you need something to sleep in?
[01:24]	* [Dune]Sam	retains a slight blush.
[01:25]	<[Dune]Sam>	...yes.
[01:30]	<Mary>	There's a dresser at the end of the bed. Take whatever you want from it, and put your dirty clothes in the basket. You should have one, too.
[01:30]	* [Dune]Sam	rises from the bed and makes her way to the dresser, opening it and inspecting its contents.
[01:37]	* [Dune]Sam	sifts through the clothing, eventually producing and holding up a small white nightgown.
[01:38]	<[Dune]Sam>	um, thank you.
[01:38]	<Mary>	Mmmhmm.
[01:40]	* Mary	starts climbing into bed, but stops for a moment.
[01:40]	<Mary>	-Oh, you mind if I ask you one more thing?
[01:40]	* [Dune]Sam	then closes the dresser moves back into the room and on the far side of her bed from Mary with the nightgown, readying herself to undress.
[01:41]	* [Dune]Sam	stops before doing so, however, to face Mary.
[01:41]	<[Dune]Sam>	ah, go ahead.
[01:42]	<Mary>	I'm sorry if this is bad to bring up, but... How is your memory? Can you think of anything today that you couldn't when we found you?
[01:43]	* [Dune]Sam	's voice turns to a slightly sullen tone.
[01:44]	* [Dune]Sam	closes her eyes and tries to scour her mind for any memories for a moment, but fails.
[01:44]	<[Dune]Sam>	...sorry, no.
[01:47]	<Mary>	It's okay. These things will either come to you in time, or... Well they won't, and you'll just have to begin anew. This fortress may not seem like it, but it's a great place for renewal, for making memories that you want to keep...
[01:47]	* Mary	trails off, and then shakes her head and smiles back at Sam.
[01:48]	<Mary>	We'll definitely try to make some good memories for you anyway, alright?
[01:48]	* [Dune]Sam	smiles just a little this time, instead of blushing. after taking a deep breath, she seems to speak with a little renewal and refreshment herself.
[01:48]	<[Dune]Sam>	yeah.
[01:49]	<Mary>	Hmhm. Good night, Sam.
[01:49]	<[Dune]Sam>	Goodnight.
[01:49]	* Mary	pulls a thin sheet over her, and turns in her bed.
[01:50]	<Mary>	If you get cold, there's some extra blankets under your bed...*yawn*... ahh... it's finally over...
[01:50]	* [Dune]Sam	undresses herself at leisure with no more attention upon her for the day and dons the nightgown she chose.
[01:51]	<[Dune]Sam>	alright, thanks.
[01:51]	<Mary>	Mmhmm...
[01:53]	* [Dune]Sam	then slips into her own bed, pulling the sheets over herself and turning off the lamp beside it, so she may visit the world of dreams...
