[center]I am here to announce the proposal that was approved to be an official team in Peer Counseling.

[center][b][u]The Objective[/u][/b][/center]
[center]To facilitate the communication between Peer Counseling and the servers and groups of TangoWorldWide. Also to get the members who need help get it faster.

[center][b][u]What makes a good Liaison and what do they do?[/u][/b][/center]
The easiest way to understand what makes a good liaison is to talk about the three things that we want the Liaison to mainly focus on. [b]Communication[/b], [b]Observation[/b], and [b]Reporting[/b].

[b][u]Communication:[/u][/b] Is the biggest part of being a Liaison. You will be talking to the Division or Group staff you are assigned to before the PC meeting. A Liaison will ask questions such as people of concern, who should be admitted into Peer Counseling and why. You will also talk and make sure that the toxicity of the server is as low as it can be.

[b][u]Observation:[/u][/b] This one is probably one of the easiest one in the fact that the Divison or Group that you are assigned to are the ones you are the most involved in. So do what you normally do if you see a player have aggression or signs that something is not right then note it down if possible record it so it does not go, no proof no case.

[u][b]Reporting:[/b][/u] This is the important part. If you see something that is out of the ordinary or hear about it after talking to the Divisional and Group Staff. Make sure you report it during our [u]Weekly PC meeting.[/u] If it is absolutely important and should have priority report it to the PC leaders and gen ops immediately.
