Internship Rejection (applied to FT too early)

I wanted to let you know that we're currently looking to fill this position with an applicant who has either already completed their bachelor's degree and can begin right away, or who is within a year of their graduation and is looking to begin working soon after graduation. I noticed on your resume that it looks like your graduation date is currently set for TIME - for this reason, it looks like it's a little too early for us to move forward with your application at this time.

However, I wanted to emphasize that this has nothing to do with your qualifications - your resume shows some great experience, and you look like a great future fit for our team!

Thus, I wanted to encourage you to apply for a full-time position as graduation nears for you. We typically hire 15+ recent and upcoming grads each year, and start our process ~10+ months prior to May graduations, so I’m sure a number of positions will be open at that time.
