New Bottle Dupe + Rupee Route for MM Any%

Using new bottle dupe to skip curiosity shop.
You can't dupe over empty C with this new method.
You have to get rupees somewhere because you can't get rupees with new bottle dupe.
This route is 1.2 secs faster than old empty c route.

- In Mountain Village, make sure 0 sticks and nuts, get fairy and dupe over nut, stick and bombchu.
- Get 20r from beehive in Swamp.
- Get 50r chest in ZC before GBT.
- Buy 20 bombchus after GBT.
These 50r+20r is 0.6s faster than zora pots.

If you get 80r in cycle 1, you can get 2 blue rupees instead of 20r from beehive. Saves 3.06 secs in all.

If you get 90r in cycle 1, you can skip 50r in ZC. Saves 6.71 secs in all.
- Get 10r + 20r in Swamp.
- Get 20r chest in PF.
