background: areum comes from a pretty wealthy family. her parents are successful doctors and her brother is a famous YouTuber and a smart medical student. her parents wanted her to follow their path as a doctor but areum strongly disagreed because of her fear of blood. she has been traumatized by an accident which happened when she was 6 years old; she saw so much blood that she is not scared of it. it's a minor fear of blood. she had always loved dancing; she used to attend Matt Steffania's dance classes at IDA Hollywood and spotlight studio's with her brother. but then moved to Korea with her aunt when she was 11 years old. she moved back to the US when she was 14, however, she wants to move back to Korea now.

personality: areum is very cheerful and bubbly, however, she might look intimidating at the start. she finds it hard to get comfortable with someone she just met. she isn't the type of person who approaches you first but she is friendly enough to talk you when you approach her. she is a prankster and loves to prank people. if she gets selected to be in a group, she would most probably a part of the beagle line. she can act super silly at times. she is also very clumsy and can trip on air. she has minor OCD but she easily gets annoyed when someone doesn't do something the right way. she is kind and caring, especially towards the people she loves dearly. she wouldn't mind doing anything for them; unless its illegal.
