  1. So I put in a grocery order at Wal-Mart, where I just go there and pick it up the order.
  2.
  3. Somehow, a big ol’ brick of Velveeta cheese ended up in my order, which I did not order.
  4.
  5. I only used a tiny part of it for this recipe, and I still don’t know what to do with the rest of it, so I am open to suggestions!
  6.
  7. But I decided: So whenever I make Kraft Dinner (“macaroni & cheese” to you people-who-haven’t-live-in-Canada), I add some shredded cheddar cheese to it. Just a handful. And it really adds to it, makes it actually taste like cheese a little.
  8.
  9. So how about, I add the velveeta cheese to that as well?
  10.
  11. The 3 Cheese, 1 Cheese Macaroni & Cheese.
  12.
  13. (1 cheese, both because they are all ostensibly cheddar-flavored products, and also because only 1 of them is cheese.)
  14.
  15. So I made the Kraft Dinner as normal.
  16.
  17. After you drain it, add the butter first. Then add the powder and milk at the same time.
  18.
  19. Completely stirred that in before I did anything else.
  20.
  21. Then added like an inch of the Velveeta cheese? It is very tall, so this was not a small amount of it, but I still have soooo much of it that I don’t know what to do with. I cooked that on low heat, stirring it in constantly.
  22.
  23. Then I added a handful of shredded cheese.

  26.
  27. And it’s… fine? Tastes exactly how you’d expect: way too much like Velveeta cheese. So maybe I used too much.
  28.
  29. Anyway, guess I gotta go clean up my kitchen, figure out how to even store the Velveeta cheese… or maybe I should just throw it out.
  30.
  31. Thanks for reading.
