Pandorica then proceeded to tk him to get him to stop. Followed by muting him amd booting him from squad. Just an account of what I saw. Hope it helps clear things up a bit.

If he wishes to take this higher up, I've got video saved as well and I'll be glad to share that video and my side of the story. But as I said at the beginning of this post... I see this issue as resolved.
