Dr. Caulson,
As far as I am aware, none of our on-site fax machines should possess the ability to perform the actions you have described, let alone cause harm to others in any way. And, as far as I know, none of my AI systems should have access to these types of systems, nor should they have the means or the intelligence to want to cause intentional harm to personnel.
