Reasoning:
Julius had arrived a little to late once again and the sights he was met with was something that the man could not cope with, His friends? Beaten and broken and at it's epicenter stood the cause of all of it. Nazareth the dragon- That beastial thing and slayer of gods. Efraid, Etran, Lee, all of them. They'd tried and failed to stand up against the behemoth and his accomplice Sabaku and Julius? He was too late to stop what was coming next. He'd let them down and he'd paid the ultimate price for his failure.

He couldn't stop it, he had no chance to. Nazareth ripping the life from someone that close to him. Etran...Etran was like a brother and Julius had let him die to a monster like this. Let his life come to an abrupt end and for what? A dragons satisfication? To crush the hopes of humanity? The others had tried and failed and Julius felt like breaking down. He felt like screaming at the world.

Where were the gods when injustices such as this were happening?

Etran and He? They'd been friends since day one. Julius had helped him, coached him. He wanted to forge him into a force that he couldn't be and what for? To protect the people the gods fasiled to protect.It was maddening and now? That dream came to it's end. But not how Julius had hoped.

That should have been him there, dead in Nazareths hands. He should have been there to switch places and offer himself as sacrifice to save Etran the torture. It should have been him.

But this death? This death would accomplish something. But likely not the effect Nazareth had hoped for. He had taken Julius' closest friend. The closest thing to family he had and the demi god? He'd make him pay in blood for what he had done. For the life he had taken.

Julius may not have held power in this moment, he may have been weaker than the others. But his heart? It had been ripped in two. A piece of him dying with Etran. Nazareth had done this and it was time he pay. Julius had to summon something, his will wouldn't allow him not too. This dragon had made a fatal mistake.

OOC Info: Etran and Julius have been friends since day one of the wipe and have bonded quite significantly. Shring the same dreams and goals. Julius had helped him in any way he could. Etran had helped Julius become what he was and focus his intentions to become a heroic spirit and how did Julius repay him? With failure time and again.

This is a really emotional moment for my character and a massive change to him.

I can also see this as being a turning point for Julius in where he starts to rebel against the gods themselves for allowing crulteys such as this to happen. For standing back and observing humanitys darkest hour. Potentionally lead to becoming a villian. There is a lot of development to be had here. Twists and turns on every corner.
