Paula and I have talked about the new workflows (A91 & TF) that are planned to be transitioned to FS Team by end of December.

Please see the points below.

- I need to be familar first with the incubation process so it's ideal to start with an easier workflow, see if that incubation is successful, before jumping into other workflows that is more complex.

- For Paula, she saw a conflict with her schedule this December. Lindsay's incubation time will start between 3:30-4:00AM until 6AM. She is expected to do a walkthrough video, dryruns and other action items. Then she will also need to do admin tasks, governance dashboard and Frontline Support duties on top of the certification for O05.

- Chammy is expected to be rolled off on the team by December so there will be instances that a T1.5 might not be around to help Amiel/RJ if there's a hotline case that will fire during incubation time.

- Let's also not forget that the 3rd and 4th week of December are holiday weeks so the trainors or other resources may not be that engaged during this time -- getting overwhelmed with the two new playbooks including O05 and its subplaybooks.

Our Take:

Let's stick with the original plan of me doing the incubation for BoG starting next week. I have already started working with Lindsay and this should be transitioned to the team by end of month. We'll tweak it so it will be easy to understand for the FS Team.

By next year, let's start it with a big bang and begin with TF and other new workflows on the pipeline :)

I am suggesting that if we are going to do TF by 1st week of January, wouldn't it be more practical to have the incubators came from our team? I am proposing Paula to be the other incubator (instead of Nikhil) and Lennin as our guide for this. I think there will be no issues working with Lennin for the incubation once he arrives at the office around 11am until past lunch. The benefit that I can see on this approach is I can easily divide the task on creating the playbook, dryruns, quizzes to Paula. She can also validate some of the steps that I am doing and see the possible gaps that I have missed. This will also provide a good foundation for Paula to do her own incubation for FY2018.

Meanwhile, GUR team can begin incubating another playbook simultaneously while we are doing TF. It's like hitting two birds in one stone :)
