  7. +HackYourOwnBrain __ An examination of the "ISS" is not trivial and despite what some say is the most important issue for us to be looking into (why it is so important *is not well understood* and has nothing to do with the flat Earth disinformation campaign - _which is really damage control for "NASA" and the "ISS"_). Unfortunately, an examination of the "ISS" is not for stupid and unobservant people. I am not necessarily calling "Jeff C" stupid and unobservant because there is an additional explanation: *_He simply believes it is real._*

I take it you are here (active in the so-called "truth community") because you accept the possibility that the news media participates in reporting on pretend news events as though they were real (if true - why would it stop at just news reports?!). *If that is the case then you would know the frustration of trying to talk to "normal people" about it.* You can point to a news item and exclaim, _"Look! Can't you see that it's pretend?! Can't you see that they are not genuine survivors?!"_ But they can't. Something is preventing them.

A major problem is that a "normal person" watches the same footage as we do - but to them it simply "appears real" (I have termed this phenomenon *"colour blindness"* - it is the inability of a person to discern between real and pretend). It looks real - _and for no small reason_ - because they go into the experience believing it is real. When "normal people" watch a "fabricated news event" that is riddled with oddities and anomalies they simply do not notice them. It's on the nightly news, after all. The nightly news is for "real news" and not make-believe which is for television and movies. When genuine oddities and anomalies are pointed out to "normal people" they invent "plausible explanations" for them that are limited only by their natural intelligence and imagination.

The "normal person" has no clue whether their invented "plausible explanation" is correct or not - _all that matters is that they can stop thinking._ Note: this is one of the purposes of disinformation. An agent of disinformation peddles flawed "oddities/anomalies". When these observations are later "debunked" it can have the effect of causing a victim to experience a "belief reversal" (to go from doubting an event to firmly believing it). (Another significant problem is that people naturally want to believe that *something* is real! Surely "space" is off limits! Surely the "ISS" is therefore real! *_Not everything is a hoax!_* And this tacitly pressures people to not even look into it.)

I promise I am trying to keep this reply brief(!) so I will mention only in passing that the reason the "ISS" is important is because although we have been getting footage from the "ISS" for over 15 years *none of what we are shown is what intelligent people need to see in order to know that it is real and manned.* THAT is the core problem I am trying to point out - and that point is falling on deaf ears and is being muddied by the highly active and virulent flat Earth disinformation campaign which is ["paradoxically"] doing *damage control* for the "ISS"!

It all comes down to this: After 15+ years of "ISS footage" *it should by now be impossible to doubt it* just as it is impossible to doubt the winner of last year's Wimbledon tennis final; or impossible to doubt that "tennis is a real sport" or even that "blue whales" exist (hah). That the "ISS" remains doubtable *to intelligent people* is the entire point. It is how fabricated events can be routinely peddled to us in the media and "normal people" accept them (by routinely withholding sufficient proof a population is forced into establishing a belief that's founded and formed on trust and accepting/mistaking proof's appearances for proof - but more on that another time).

One is seemingly innocuous (but still strange to have been done) whereas the other is not so innocuous (given that it happened *during* a purported "ISS interview" - which should be *impossible* - and so it is very strange indeed.

  119. Just to wrap this up. Every question you have about the "ISS" has an answer (it's just that you don't want to get that answer from "Peekay" or "DITRH" or "Russianvids"!). "Jeff C" recently cited an hour-long Dutch "ISS tour". I am familiar with that video and can point out enough problems to satisfactorily dismiss it. At some point I'll have go through the entire tour and point out all of the numerous *"potential editing points"* [as I call them]. That particular "ISS tour" relies heavily on "misdirecting pans" [plus an interesting hard cut near the end]. _But first things first!_
