  1. Let's be real, we all like Lumity. It's 80% of the reason for this sub.
  2.
  3. But does anyone but me think, maybe, that things go a little too far? I don't know, maybe it's a combination of canon and fanon, but the more I stick around this sub and watch with the luster off, it kind of feels like they're... I dunno, too perfect a couple. Emotional commitment and understanding is good, but a lot of the time Luz and Amity really feel joined at the hip, especially in fanon.
  4.
  5. Honestly I'm beginning to understand why they chose to have her fight with Eva and King during the endgame and maybe it was just because having Amity there was a little too much in one direction, it's just like...
  6.
  7. Now that we have Lumity, it seems like people have issues with them NOT being together. Like I said, joined at the hip. They don't seem to need or appreciate the option of having time for themselves, which, I'm sure even in the strongest of relationships, isn't unthinkable- you always need time for yourself, even if you're taking time away from someone you love very much. You can't spend a hundred percent uptime with your significant other.
  8.
  9. And it feels like in this relationship that's kind of getting forgotten?
  10.
  11. I'm not blaming anyone for this and I'm not saying it's specifically a fanon thing, I would have to rewatch canon pretty exactingly to say if I get this same feeling exclusively from canon as well. It just feels like the relationship is TOO perfect.
