"Maxene we both know that only works when both parties have an equal footing." He just presses his own gun further up against her muzzle, uncomfortably poking at the guns in her chin. "So we're gonna talk things out calmly and politely in this tense situation instead." He'd say, eyes closing softly as he spoke, only to gently open again. "For example, I get quite a few 'This user no longer wishes to receive messages from you' notices from a couple folks. Seemingly out of the blue, but what can you do? This is F-List, and word of mouth of emotionally immature but horny anthropomorphic animals is treated as law by some." Though at Erika's appearance, the fox sighs somewhat. Eyes never taken off Maxene as he speaks up. "Erika, I got this, I do appreciate the backup though." He'd say, before looking back to Maxene. "However, one such user was not ignoring me, and when I tried to strike up a conversation, they told me they wished not to speak with me anymore. Said I was being an absolute shitlord to a friend of theirs."

You really really hurt me. ESPECIALLY with the comment about being an alcoholic. That is a blatant falsehood- I drank when I was with you because we were playing really really silly games. Like RE6 and ORC. Games that are better with a bit of alcohol. I have a history of alcoholism in my family- I know my limits and know what can happen if I slip up. Does that make sense to you? Do you understand why I may have said you were a bit of an asshole?" She asks, and actually looks to be... crying a little bit. She sounds hurt in terms of tone, and has lowered the gun. Nova can probably see that she hadn't even flicked the safety off.

*[user]Nova Kitsune[/user] smiled just a bit when she finally explained herself properly. The male sighed and slowly withdrew his own weapon. Though he didn't put it away, merely letting the barrel tap against his own head as he'd speak up to her. "Listen." He'd start, the gun casually aimed upwards at an angle, before Nova flicked the barrel open, letting the soft clatter of two bullets hit the ground. Shooting Werfox and Jakob felt -really- good. And he knew they'd both be fine. Death is hardly permanent in these parts. [sub]Unless they're into that sorta thing... Fuckin' Perma cunts...[/sub] "You kept saying shit to me while you were drunk that I didn't appreciate. Making sexual advances, telling me things about what you imagined I'd do to you, especially when I told you I -really- don't fucking like that. You kept saying 'I'll stop' or 'Won't happen again' and a week later, it'd happen, and the next day 'Sorry I was really drunk last night.' Loading in two more bullets to replace the ones that he'd lost, only to flick the barrel closed once again. "But, that explains why I said what I said, but the fact you went around telling people about it? Telling them -specifically- that it was me who did it? I'm not gonna drag them into this, not by a long shot, because I definitely don't want you going on some manhunt to throw a temper tantrum and cause all kinds of drama. That's just not what I'm about." He'd say, before moving up to Maxene once again, gun arm wrapped around her, pointed up at her head, and Nova gesturing to the crowd. "You see these fine people out here?" He'd say, gun pointing outward instead of at Maxene. "Every one of them is an individual who hides behind a mask of some kind, whether it be their personas given flesh as characters, or just general safety behind a computer screen as they write snarky dialogue, depressing self-deprecating humor, mindless fun statements, or share pictures of tits. Truthfully I love a good set of tits, but every one of them lives in a box that's self contained in this little world we all interact in. And it's not often that box gets opened up to other people." He'd say, tail flicking about as he'd release Max. "Yes, you did open up to me on quite a few occasions, and I to you, but I kept the things you said, and did, and spoke of, to myself, because though I was frustrated with you, saw a problem I needed you to address, and had hoped you'd leave me be for awhile to address it..." He'd reached into his coat with one hand, to pull out a cigarette, and using his metal arm, a finger popped open to reveal a lighter. He used it to light said cigarette, and take a few puffs on it. "....And you took our conversation and shared its contents out of context with strangers, in an effort to hurt me."


 "..." She just sighs, and looks to the side. He had her a bit in the corner. She reaaaaally didn't have anything to say about that. She did... say things to others. But to hurt him? It wasn't her intention. She still liked him a lot despite what he'd said. She just drops the gun and moves to sit down. She... [b]never[/b] intended for that.

*[user]Nova Kitsune[/user] "I don't hate you Maxene. I don't have the fiery passion to hate you that much. Hell, I don't have the desire to hate you at all." He gives Maxene a push with the gun, not enough to hurt her, just enough to move her back a little as he finally moves to put it away. "I said things to you hoping you'd use those words to be a better person. But you're just like a lot of other people. When you get slighted you take a personal offense to it instead of talking it out."

"So you're welcome to message me whenever you want, we can talk, but know you've certainly shattered my trust in you, and it'll take some time to rebuild it." With a smile, he would give her a wave. "Knowing that, I hope you learn to be more open to communication next time you have a problem, instead of just losing your mind."
