Damageless Dread

Dread Damageless 100%

Goal: Beat Metroid Dread damageless with the following:
- 100% item completion
- All major items
- Every boss and miniboss fight
- No glitches / tricks

Basically, anything unintended / gamebreaking, I'm arbitrarily banning, including:
- pseudo wave
- invincibility
- pseudo wave
- ledge warp
- pseudo wave
- water bomb jumps
- pseudo wave
- shine sink clips
- pseudo wave

I AM allowing the following:
- Wall Jumps
- Shinesparking
- Infinite Bomb Jumps
- Slide Jumps

I consider the following one instance of damage
- Instant death. This includes getting killed by EMMIs
- Environmental damage until I exit
- Entering lava until I exit
- Each increment of damage from flamethrowers / acid produced by enemies

EMMI Stuff:
- Getting caught by an EMMI does NOT count, because I take no damage
- Getting shocked by the wave EMMI does NOT count, because I take no damage
- Getting frozen by the ice EMMI DOES count, because I DO take damage.

Touching enemies in the escape sequence do NOT count, as I do NOT take damage.

My general 100% route:
- I want to be efficient but the priority is safety over speed. So I'm intentionally leaving a handful of items for cleanup if it's not too out of the way, to reduce risk
- I'm aiming to blitz for screw attack, wave beam, and power bombs ASAP, as those are the items that make avoiding damage super easy
