- In that case you can follow the below steps for removing the write protection from your Sandisk Cruzer blade.
- *. First turn your system off, Insert your Sandisk Cruzer blade and turn it on and start pressing (F8)key immediately for entering Advanced Boot Options screen.
- *. When you get the Advanced Boot Options screen then just Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt and enter the below commands:
- C:\windows\system32>G: and press enter
- G:\>format G: and press enter
- Here (G) is the Sandisk Cruzer bladeletter.
- *. If you get a prompt saying (Y/N) then press (Y) and hit enter and now the formatting process will get started and write protection will be removed.
