  1. [2014-08-22 20:14:21]* DJ_Cookies >> X-Trot Season Opener <<
  2. [2014-08-22 20:15:30]* DJ_Cookies The crowd cheers from somewhere beyond the bright green hedges and blood splattered twists and turns of Hemlocks maze. Vicious timber wolves attack the party and slow them down on the way to the mazes center.
  3. [2014-08-22 20:17:53]* Entropy waves to the Timber Wolf as she starts to make her way through the maze, the wand waving in a mage hand spell as an ephermal shield highlights over the purrsian before putting the wand in small sheath for it as she moves.
  4. [2014-08-22 20:20:33]* DJ_Cookies the timber wolf barks as she flees, drooling sap and glowing green ichor
  5. [2014-08-22 20:22:09]* Meryl still in a locked combat with her timberwolf, she and her mount fight it with all their might.
  6. [2014-08-22 20:31:10]* DJ_Cookies The Timberwolf chokes on teh lances as it squewers him from end to end, While it desinteigrates the horse stompts its bit into fire tender.
  7. [2014-08-22 20:33:44]* DJ_Cookies The wolf continues to chase Entropy while the ones cornering Grwn eyes start to glow
  8. [2014-08-22 20:36:25]* DJ_Cookies Tanlges of weeds, vines, roots and other such matter whip up out of the ground grasping for Grwn who manages to tear and dodge the oncoming plants seeking to magically Entangle him.
  9. [2014-08-22 20:39:55]* Shy_Beast moves slowly, only taking a couple steps before lookign around, sniffing the air.. He glances to view his surrondings closely
  10. [2014-08-22 20:43:08]* DJ_Cookies Can hear the distant sounds of snaping limbs, falpping of wings, and combat. From nearby he can hear the sounds of a Timberwolves last whiimpers as it is impaled, followed by the stomping of heavy hooves.
  11. [2014-08-22 20:49:16]<Grwn> "Creepy mutt..." He throws the leg of the other timberwolf over its head. "Go, fetch!"
  12. [2014-08-22 20:54:46]* DJ_Cookies the Timber wolf tilts its head and looks confused by the request as the leg flies past him, bouncing lightly in the grass past it.
  13. [2014-08-22 21:00:13]* Entropy continues to fly away , keeping around five feet above the ground. As she flies, the mage hand reaches over and plucks a rose, and Entropy smells its fragrance.
  14. [2014-08-22 21:00:27]<Entropy> "Wonderful roses, Hemlock."
  15. [2014-08-22 21:03:39]* Meryl moves her mount up at a slower pace giving some tought to her surroundings
  16. [2014-08-22 21:06:07]* DJ_Cookies The Timberwolf before Grwn Charges at the griffin while yet another leaps through the foliage bhind him with ease, both attacking from either side.
  17. [2014-08-22 21:11:12]* DJ_Cookies the one before Grwn snaps and missis with his wild charge but throws Grwn off enough for the second to sink its wooden fangs deep into his sholder, biting down it shakes and tries to drag teh griffin down but to no avail.
  18. [2014-08-22 21:14:57]* Shy_Beast tries to think of anything he knows about the timberwolves to copy their howl and tries to let one out, but it ounds to rough and otherworldly
  19. [2014-08-22 21:20:43]<Grwn> "Tch!" He grunts, "I'll show you something you treacherous twig." He turns to the one who bit him, lunging with his sharp beak and punching it
  20. [2014-08-22 21:21:38]* DJ_Cookies the timber wolves face splits open and spills glowing ichor and sap over Grwn.
  21. [2014-08-22 21:27:20]* Entropy moves and looks at the entrance to the center of the maze, the goal of this level. She checks the floor, the walls... even the ceiling of the center of the maze, and the entrances she can see as well for any traps that could catch them.
  22. [2014-08-22 21:30:17]* DJ_Cookies Entropy can see cameras above filming the center of the maze, others in the distance follow other players. Here at the center stands a noble looking statue of celestia holding up in her forhooves as she stands tall a dish of water. Overflowing in this dish are many gold coins. A strange language is written around the base of the fountain, circiling around it fully.
  23. [2014-08-22 21:31:26]* Entropy calls out "I'll figure out the exit. Someone help Grwn please!"
  24. [2014-08-22 21:33:10]* Meryl spurs her mount to the last sound of fighting, passing by the center of the maze
  25. [2014-08-22 21:34:13]<DJ_Cookies> 1d20+3;1d20+3
  26. [2014-08-22 21:39:25]* DJ_Cookies the wolf lets go of Grwns shoulder after its devistating hit and tries again, although without half its face its much less dangerous. The first however is still fresh as a daisy (ha) and manages another vicious bite on Grwn.
  27. [2014-08-22 21:50:39]* Grwn ravages the weakened timberwolf. "You, stop moving now! You are a tree."
  28. [2014-08-22 21:50:58]* DJ_Cookies the beast is rendered into a tree, a headless tree
  29. [2014-08-22 21:55:20]* Entropy smiles and sets the rose on the outstretched forehooves and bows. "A gift, my Princess." The purrsian bows.
  30. [2014-08-22 21:56:19]* DJ_Cookies the remaining wolf bites again at Grwn, tearing further into his feathery down.
  31. [2014-08-22 21:57:10]* DJ_Cookies *Redact*
  32. [2014-08-22 21:59:18]* Meryl moves up to Grwn and makes a stab at the timberwolf behind him "You should really keep an eye on your back." she tells him as she strikes
  33. [2014-08-22 22:00:19]* DJ_Cookies the remaining wolf bites again at Grwn, tearing further into his feathery down.
  34. [2014-08-22 22:00:32]* DJ_Cookies meryls attack glances off the Timberwolf
  35. [2014-08-22 22:00:36]<Grwn> "I don't have eyes there." He grunts. "I'll handle this."
  36. [2014-08-22 22:02:52]* Shy_Beast makes his own way to the fountain, waving to Entropy. He looks to the fountain to try and read the odd language
  37. [2014-08-22 22:05:54]* Grwn cracks his talons "I got a lesson for this one." He lunges at the remaining wolf, trying to grapple
  38. [2014-08-22 22:08:05]* DJ_Cookies the Trimber wolf is soon locked in the Tallons of Grwn and at the Griffs mercy
  39. [2014-08-22 22:12:36]* DJ_Cookies Before Entropys eyes the statues eyes open, glowing as vines receade from the Fountain. The coin filled water shines and flashes as a new item appearse inside the dish. Standing up straight, point burried in the gold coins is a intricacate dagger glowing with power, gold and green wire weave in and out of it.
  40. [2014-08-22 22:14:25]* Entropy reaches over and grabs the dagger. "Thank you for this gift." The purrsian says in Celestial, taking the dagger.
  41. [2014-08-22 22:17:04]* Entropy murmurs a few words and starts staring at the dagger with glowing purple eyes. Around her... was that a ghostly whisper?
  42. [2014-08-22 22:19:05]* DJ_Cookies the crowd oohs and ahhs at the appearance of the dagger
  43. [2014-08-22 22:22:26]* Meryl makes a lung with her lance at the woodenwolf that is in the talons of the griffon
  44. [2014-08-22 22:24:29]* DJ_Cookies the Timber wolf seems anoyed
  45. [2014-08-22 22:24:54]<Meryl> lunge*
  46. [2014-08-22 22:26:54]* DJ_Cookies the wolf wiggles out of the grapple
  47. [2014-08-22 22:32:23]<Grwn> "Don't think you are getting away this easy!" He clutches the wooden wolf, glancing back at Meryl. "I got this. See if the others need help."
  48. [2014-08-22 22:40:56]* Meryl just nods to the giffon as she tries to pull back her mount "If you got this one." she says as she spurs he mount along
  49. [2014-08-22 22:42:10]* DJ_Cookies the wolf wimpers and wiggles away again
  50. [2014-08-22 22:45:35]* Grwn sighs. "If that's how you want it..."
  51. [2014-08-22 22:53:05]* Grwn punches a hole into the timberwolf's chest and bites half his neck off. He drags the limp wood animal to the twig. "All you had to do was to fetch this FUCKING twig!" He dunks the timberwolf at it. "How hard is that?!" He looks vaguely up. "You gotta get smarter pets, Hemlock!"
  52. [2014-08-22 22:54:02]* DJ_Cookies the Crowd roars with applause
  53. [2014-08-22 22:54:53]* Shy_Beast sighs as he looks around. "So how do get out." He asks Entropy.
  54. [2014-08-22 22:54:55]* Grwn turns back to Meryl. "There. Where is everyone anyway?"
  55. [2014-08-22 22:55:50]* DJ_Cookies The hedges shake and part, shifting along unseen pannels to open a direct path to the center.
  56. [2014-08-22 22:56:28]* Entropy smiles as she concentrates, trying to divine the magic of the dagger. "I imagine we are in the exit."
  57. [2014-08-22 22:56:38]* Grwn scritches his head. "Huh, that's better." He glides to the others
  58. [2014-08-22 22:58:34]* DJ_Cookies Appuase fills the air from the fans, soon joined by the soft clop of approval over the loudspeaker and Hemlocks voice, "Oh well done, while not without feeling a bit of a sting you have done admariably... congradulations are in order for you all". her image appearse above you on a large monitor above the dungeon.
  59. [2014-08-22 22:58:34]<Grwn> "Hey team, had fun gardening?" He looks around, not too sure what is happening there
  60. [2014-08-22 22:59:20]* Shy_Beast shrugs. "Beast took one down in only three attacks." He smiles. "Just three claws and puny wolf died."
  61. [2014-08-22 22:59:21]<DJ_Cookies> *applause
  62. [2014-08-22 23:01:05]* Entropy blinks at the sudden voice of Hemlock, losing her concentration and the ability to discern the nature of the dagger. "Ah... I'm afraid I'll need a bit of help, Hemlock. This dagger is magical, but its capabilities have escaped me."
  63. [2014-08-22 23:01:30]<Grwn> "Yeah, I think I sat on a nettle." He scratches his flank
  64. [2014-08-22 23:01:35]* DJ_Cookies leans forward, "Yes, the poor dears. And they were just doing there job watching my garden. Well it seems you found your way past the hedge, and found quite the haul of treasure to boot. Why I dare say there is 8 thousand bits in that fountian, along with that extra supprise I hid for you".
  65. [2014-08-22 23:02:38]<Grwn> "A cake? Whose birthday is it?"
  66. [2014-08-22 23:02:48]* DJ_Cookies giggles creepily and wves to Entropy, "Oh its a very special weapon named after one of my favorite creatures, "Viper Vine". Simply speek the words 'Venom to thy work' and watch the magic happen little filly"
  67. [2014-08-22 23:03:35]* Shy_Beast nods happily. "Good haul." The Beast Says. He looks and sighs. "Give Dagger to Beast. Beast Know Magic."
  68. [2014-08-22 23:04:18]* Entropy smiles and cants her head as her healing aura pulses out from the purrsian. "Come now, Beast. You can attempt the next one we find. Venom do thy work."
  69. [2014-08-22 23:04:22]* Meryl looks up at the monitor ''So a dagger of poison I guess?"
  70. [2014-08-22 23:04:26]<Grwn> "I'm happy with my backscratcher." He says, waving a timberwolf leg.
  71. [2014-08-22 23:04:58]* Shy_Beast shrugs. "Never know is DJ try to curse you."
  72. [2014-08-22 23:05:01]<Shy_Beast> if*
  73. [2014-08-22 23:05:37]* Entropy smiles to Shy. "Come now, Hemlock would never do something like that. That isn't her style!"
  74. [2014-08-22 23:05:40]* DJ_Cookies the Dagger glows faintly as green ichor runs along its wires and drips down its blade, sizzling as it touches the earth. "Acid actully, Also quite deadly"
  75. [2014-08-22 23:06:09]* Shy_Beast looks to the DJ. "So how we get out?"
  76. [2014-08-22 23:06:21]<Entropy> /me smiles and nods. "Venom, do thy work." She says again, attempting to shut it off.
  77. [2014-08-22 23:07:02]* DJ_Cookies the acid sease, upon Shys question the hedges move again to the far east wall which part to reveal a rather ornate door.
  78. [2014-08-22 23:07:37]* Shy_Beast blinks. "Beast miss that when coming through."
  79. [2014-08-22 23:07:41]* DJ_Cookies Hemlock tips her muzzle, "why this way of course, my garden welcomes you. Step in and enjoy the bounty to be found"
  80. [2014-08-22 23:08:08]* Entropy curtsies to Hemlock. "Thank you for the welcome. Lovely roses, by the way."
  81. [2014-08-22 23:08:13]* Meryl looks at the door and points at it with her lance "Thats the way to go it looks like."
  82. [2014-08-22 23:08:17]* Shy_Beast shrugs and starts to trot. "Beast not much for nature. Beast more for rubble."
  83. [2014-08-22 23:08:45]<Grwn> "DO you have fruit? I'm getting hungry." He flaps his wings and glides towards the door.
  84. [2014-08-22 23:08:55]* DJ_Cookies grins and waves a hoof, "So glad you noticed, Im sure Ill see you again soon. Good luck Trotters. Ta-Ta!"
  85. [2014-08-22 23:11:12]* Entropy waves to the DJ as she departs. "So, who wants Viper Vine while we continue on?"
  86. [2014-08-22 23:12:12]* DJ_Cookies has quit (Quit: Page closed)
  87. [2014-08-22 23:12:13]* Entropy is now known as Viewing_Glass
  88. [2014-08-22 23:12:23]* Grwn flexes his talons. "There are all weapons I need."
  89. [2014-08-22 23:12:26]* Shy_Beast is now known as NitoKa
  90. [2014-08-22 23:12:55]* Meryl looks to Entropy "You keep it, you found it." she tells the other purrsian
  91. [2014-08-22 23:13:39]<Viewing_Glass> Entropy smiles. "Thank you. I'll hold on to it until we leave the Trot. Sound fair?"
