Tender Chicken Breasts

Preheat pan on medium heat
Season chicken
Add oil to pan and wait at least 30 seconds
Put the chicken in the pan and wait for it to sizzle
Stir the chicken as it heats up
Once the chicken shows less signs of raw meat (Cut the chicken open to see inside), remove from the heat and cover with lid
Allow to sit for 10+ minutes as it continues to steam up
