PERSONALITY:
- taemi is sort of like a rubik’s cube. you think you’ve solved something, then you look at another side and see it’s all messed up. except, rubik’s cubes are solved one day or another. taemi is almost completely impossible to solve, not even a genius could un-puzzle her. she has a weird sense of satisfaction when she eyes humans with her fangs on display due to her smug and usually mischievous smirk. it almost makes her feel dominant-it makes her feel good that those humans are under her control. she enjoys fighting-physically, of course, as she can’t risk getting in trouble with the academy and losing protection for her family. she’ll pick a fight with anyone for her own amusement, though. especially if you’re pissing her off-oh, when you piss her off... well, maybe you should wish that you hadn’t. taemi can seem arrogant-and maybe that’s because she is-but no one, absolutely no one, can call her out on it. she already knows, why repeat irrelevant things?

BACKGROUND:
- taemi’s mother died shortly after she was born. her father remarried three years later and she gained a stepfather and stepbrother. as taemi was raised in south korea, she knew starting when she was young that she’d have to enter the academy. she wasn’t a dumb kid-she’d read about those things and the academy when she was in france. being the oldest child, she would have no choice, as it was the only shelter her family could receive in this world. her whole life before entering the academy was preparing her to leave her parents. so when they travelled to korea, she knew what was happening. she still misses them, of course, but she tries not to dwell on it. she’s worked hard to graduate, so one day she can just rid the world of carriers and live what she heard was a ‘normal life’ with her fathers and her brother. although her grades are above average, she more-so would rather just dive into the combat part of the whole spiel and kick those carriers’ asses. it’s the only thing she wants in this world. to be normal, for once. she didn’t even know what it was, and yet it seemed so much better than this situation she was trapped in. but for now, she’ll take whatever help she can get to keep her fathers and her brother safe. she’ll never share her sentiments but.. one day.. one day it’ll be over.
