Generals,

As I’m sure you’ve all seen the ANC underwent a change in power 10 days ago. For me South Africa is the Syracuse of a larger, yet to be defined, strategy to bring socio-political stability to the African Continent.

(1)	Amazon rapidly opens a drone delivery service SA wide as a Joint Venture with SA Government’s main system, subsidized under the table by DoD operationally and infrastructure.
(2)	Microsoft leverages Cortana to make a rudimentary “universal translator app” for the 11 official SA languages.
(3)	Microsoft commits their remaining WP/GSM inventory to targeting key activists which are delivered by Amazon.
(4)	Transformation.run creates an organization and coordination portal along with a Branding campaign to trigger the structural changes within the ANC needed to stabilize the country.

Jeff Bezos: we have up to 3 months, I know the rest is doable, is your end?
