- 1) Check settings are optimized.
- 2) Sometimes a message pops up saying that some background programs are slowing down processes. No idea why
- 3) Look at anti virus.
- • AVG is installed but not sure if best.
- • Some anti Malware also installed - is this needed?
- • COuld programs conflict with each other?
- 4) Outlook email problems
- • Sometimes sender told 'mailbox is full'
- • Send/receive error if on VPN
- • Email is through Go_daddy account. Currently looking at optimizing this.
