- Alexithymiaa: -Steph was all bundled up to sit outside with Felix while he basketballed, her laptop in her lap looking up wedding venues. "No one puts prices on their website. They all make you request a phone call."-
- Covet: "Well yeah, they want to con you into the whole show and what not. Are there reviews on any of them?" He asked, with a bit of a wince, as he shot the ball at the hoop. He ran after it as it rebounded, keeping his body kind of warm with the movement.
- Alexithymiaa: "I don't want the whole sales pitch. Just tell me your price points for the damn room. Jeez..." She grumbled, turning to google to find reviews because everyone knows websites uses the fakest ones. "I mean it has good reviews, but I'm also not interested in paying $300 a plate regardless of the reviews."-
- Covet: "Yeah, no.. What if we catered in? I'm sure there's got to be something local that would do a small wedding. Cause I'm thinking less than twenty five people. That's easily a personal chef caterer." He said. Then shot the ball again, groaning, shaking his now healed arm out.
- Alexithymiaa: "It usually ends up being more expensive when you do things like that. Because the venues jack up the price of the venue itself to compensate for the fact that they're not doing the extra stuff like catering and a bar and whatever. That was the issue Bryan ran into last time. Unless we pick a really obscure place that doesn't usually host weddings, and do it anyway." She paused, clicking around. "If your arm hurts, sit your ass down for a few minutes."-
- Covet: "So... what if we don't do something here... and that local?" He asked her tilting his head to the side. "We want that vintage sort of feel right?" He asked her. Then shook his head, "It's fine, I can't afford to sit down if I'm going to be in shape for the first game of the season."
- Alexithymiaa: "Well yeah, that's what I was thinking. Do you have some sort of idea?" She asked, eyeing him over the computer. "Felix Alymere do NOT over do it. I'm serious. Did you call the physical therapist to set something up?"-
- Covet: "Hmm, let's take a drive this weekend and scope some stuff out. Maybe something along the coast, Trees, and beach?" He suggested, then looked at her rolling his eyes, "I'm feeling fine. I'm doing the stretches the doctor initially gave me, I just need to keep getting the protien in and working on some free weights to get this arm back up to par.
- Alexithymiaa: "That sounds nice and I'd love to take a drive, but I dont think my anxiety can handle an outdoor wedding. I would be a complete basket case every single day until the wedding. We'll see what we can find." She looked down to the computer, clicking around again. "I'm sure those stretches are fine for the beginning, but the point of physical therapy is that it grows with your increase in strength and mobility. You're not a doctor and if you don't call the physical therapist tomorrow, I'm cancelling my therapy session for next week."-
- Covet: "No no, I just want that for the scenery." Felix said. "That ambience, but indoors. We can go exploring, it will be fun. And we'll take it easy." Felix rested his ball on his hip and looked at her. " I'm already increasing my mobility, and I'll start working on my strength tomorrow." He said then grumbled, "Fine... I'll call them tomorrow."
- Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, that sounds nice. I think a rustic sort of theme works well with our vintage theme. I'm very game for this and it'll fit well with it being intimate." She gave him another look. "Good. Because that's the deal. You don't go, I don't go."-
- Covet: "I'm sure we'll find something that's perfect to our needs. And maybe we won't even have to spend a dime on the venue, so then we can put it into something nicer catering wise?" He said with a charming smirk, because food was important and he wasn't sacrificing the food for this wedding. "Yeah, Yeah, I get it. I'll go."
- Alexithymiaa: "Good." She saved a few of the venue links as back ups, closing her computer and setting it aside so she could slide her hands into her jacket pockets. "Well most of the menu picks are going to be your choice. I was figuring we pick a chicken, a steak, a fish, and a pasta dish? That kind of covers all our bases. So you'd need to be the one taste testing three out of the four."-
- Covet: "I want there to be some good veggie options too." He told her with a smile. I'm honestly fine with chicken or fish, and definitely pasta.... Do you think it would be offensive to request the caterer to use your pasta sauce?" He said hearing his stomach grumble.
- Covet: smile."*
- Alexithymiaa: "Well a lot of the time the vegetable sides and appetizers are the thing. But yes... I think it's offensive to ask the caterer to use my sauce." She said with a laugh, pushing up to her feet and walking to him. "It's a compliment to me, though."-
- Covet: "So long as there is plenty of good things. We'll be good. Sashimi apetizers." He said to her as she came over. " But but... Your pasta sauce is the best. They could still make something to compliment it accordingly. But your sauce needs to be the base."
- Alexithymiaa: "Absolutely." She said with a nod because yes sashimi. "And you're really going to make me spend hours making sauce the day before our wedding?" She asked, raising a brow. "Unless we can sucker Bryan into doing it."-
- Covet: "No, we can do it before then, but just jar it. That's something we can get done and out of the way early." She said. "Unless we can sucker Bryan into doing it." He said nodding his head.
- Alexithymiaa: "He probably would and his sauce is just as good. That's like the one good thing my mother gave us. Her red sauce recipe." She reached her hands out, sliding them into the pocket of his hoodie. "Speaking of which, he called me earlier and asked what I wanted for my birthday. I told him to see his band play a full set, live. And he hung up on me. I was very amused with how fast I annoyed him." She said, beaming because siblings.-
- Covet: "Awwh, that's kind of mean." Felix said. "But I'm amused you get to rub that in his face." He said with a smirk. "That's the only thing your mother was good for. Well and making you of course. He said with a smirk, pressing his lips to hers.
- Covet: *of course." He
- Alexithymiaa: "Hey he could do it. He just chooses not to. They're all here and they still hangout and jam, they're just not really a band anymore. They had a lot of fun music." She said with a smile, leaning up to return his kiss. "She had help. Not that my father is any better, but it was a joint effort."-
- Covet: "Well For as shit as they both are, they sure created something amazing, even if the first time it didn't work." He said with a snicker giving Bryan another dig, because asshole.
- Alexithymiaa: -She started to laugh and gave him a nudge, shaking her head. "You're terrible. He's not thaaaat bad. All the time." She leaned down to pick up her laptop, trying to tug him toward the door because she was cold.-
- Covet: "But but.. I want to shoot some more..." He said then reluctantly gave in because his shoulder was starting to throb. "Nevermind. I want to go cuddle up with you more."
- Alexithymiaa: "Good because I'm cold, but I don't want to leave you out here alone. I don't trust you to come in when you're cold." She said, continuing to drag him inside to go cuddle and be warm.-
