Warmane 3.3.5a Windfury ICD Test by Pooppickle

Hypothesis: Windfury Weapon has a 4s ICD when it should be 3s

Experiment: Test Windfury Weapon's ICD with and use the timestamps from Logs/WoWCombatLog.txt

Location:
-Icecrown Server
-Hellfire Peninsula

Target: General Krakork

Variables:
-Level 80 Draenei Enhancement Shaman w/ 4.48% Haste, Elemental Weapons specced + Windfury Totem down, Flurry 5/5, 42.70% melee crit, Heroism was used.
-Windfury Weapon is present on both weapons.
-Logged in to Hellfire Peninsula with Windfury Weapon already enchanted on Havoc's Call Heroic + Wrathful Gladiator's Handaxe which are Transmogged and enchanted with Berserking + Titanium Weapon Chain respectively. Immediately went to General Krakork after logging in. Typed /combatlog. Began attacking. Made conceited efforts to either use Stormstrike or Lava Lash after what felt like 3 seconds in my head after a windfury proc (it was not all auto attacks). Logged off.

Conclusion: Windfury Weapon's ICD is not 4 seconds but is instead 3 seconds. The outlier of 2.99s is within margin of error.
