So, I recently added a donation goal to my stream for a new drawing tablet. I've been using a $60 Wacom Bamboo since 2008, and while it's held up remarkably well, it's definitely a low-end tablet. I want to trade it in for one with a display, so there's no disconnect between the surface I'm drawing on and the monitor I'm looking at. This will improve my workflow immensely - with the added precision I'll be able to sketch digitally and do lineart in a fraction of the time it takes me now (I usually don't stream either of those steps because there's a lot of trial and error with my current setup and it stresses me out).

I put a goal of $300, which is about half the cost of a decent, medium-end display tablet from Yiynova, Ugee, or Huion, which are the cheaper alternatives to Wacom (higher-end Wacoms run 2-3 grand, which is insane to me).

I want to emphasize that this is a purchase I'm likely to make either way, because the Bamboo isn't cutting it anymore, but I have some other expenses coming up later in the year that are making me go back and forth on when to order it. So I don't want anyone to feel pressured to chip in (especially if you've already donated to me before), I just wanted to give a concrete explanation of what your donations would be going toward. If you like these streams and the robot master emotes I've been producing for FFZ and Discord, this would help me get more of them done and with less hassle, as well as start branching out into other game series and doing full pieces.
