-Serpent's Caress
"This ornate mask, obviously of Gehennan design, is carved and molded in Quetzalcoatl's own likeness. A feathered cowl fashioned from iridescent Serpent-blessed feathers forms a hood that draws down from the mask itself. In the center between the two eye holes is a gem that glows verdant green and sparkles as if it holds distant constellations in its swirling depths. Above it is inlaid a scintillating spire shard that shifts through every hue of color imaginable; the light makes it seem as if the visage is alive, staring out onto the world and its denizens in ophidian judgement.

Nothing short of divine energy surrounds this raiment. It is a tether that connects its wearer to the Serpent's desires. Those attuned, especially Wind Drakans, can hear Her whispers on the wind and partake of Her blessing. They are protected from all malign forces that would change or alter their spirit (immune to permanent injuries which harm or damage the user's magic or essence). In addition its bearer, once they are proven, might call upon the might of Quetzalcoatl's own children.

This cowl comes with many blessings, provided the one that wears it follows the Serpent's will. Woe to the one that disobeys it while worn."

PLEDGE OF GAIA [TORSO]
The Fifth Iosefkan Artifact. Metal, turned a dark mossy green, is nearly covered by the overgrowth of thick, gnarled branches spreading across its chest and down its arms and back. Leaves seem to grow sparsely near the collar of the armor, and a twisted, gnarled belt of wood winds its way across the waist. It is overflowing with an abundance of life and mana, and when at rest, one can hear the sound of creaking wood as the armor lives and breathes. It is nigh-impervious, and any damage done to the shell regenerates almost immediately. When one wears it, they become attuned to that heartbeat of radiant energy. Their body becomes one with the armor, and life flows endlessly through their limbs. Any damage dealt to the wearer's body would find itself almost immediately undone, wounds sewing themselves up and lost limbs cauterizing immediately. They no longer feel the need to eat or drink, and sleep is merely a suggestion as the armor integrates the body into its continuous cycle of renewal. It is recommended that once the armor has bonded with the wearer, that they do not take it off: Their body might never be the same. Under starlight, a closed eye with an 'I' through its center can be seen faintly glowing on the back of the neck - it is otherwise invisible. {Armor binds to the wearer on equip. Permanent Injuries given to the Wearer are immediately reduced to -5. Temporary Injuries heal after only 24 hours. Send an admin-help if this armor is ever forcibly removed.}
