Step 1: Activate Black Whirlwind
Step 2: Activate Simoom's effect, banishing Harmattan and placing Black Whirlwind on the board, and normal summoning itself
Step 3: Activate both Black Whirlwinds when Simoom is summoned to add Auster the South Winds and Blizzard the Far North to your hand
Step 4: Normal Summon Auster;
Chain Link 1: Use Auster's effect to summon the banished Harmattan (Target anything)
Chain Link 2: Use both Black Whirlwinds to add Oroshi the Squall and Breeze the Zephyr to your hand
Step 5: Because Breeze the Zephyr was added to hand by Black Whirlwind, special summon it
Step 6: Special Summon Oroshi the Squall
Step 7: Use Harmattan, Oroshi and Auster to summon Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche
Step 8: Use Bardiche to send Phantom Knights of Ancient Cloak to the graveyard and set Phantom Knights' Fog Blade
Step 9: Banish Ancient Cloak to add Phantom Knights of Silent Boots, then special summon Silent Boots with it's own effect
Step 10: Use Breeze and Silent Boots to summon Nothung the Starlight and activate its effect to burn the opponent for 800 damage
Step 11: Normal Summon Blizzard, and use its effect to summon Harmattan. Then use Haramattan's effect, targeting Simoom
Step 12: Use Blizzard and Harmattan to Synchro Summon Full Armor Master, and overlay Simoom and Nothung to XYZ summon Number 24: Dragulas the Vampiric Dragon
Step 13: Banish Silent Boots to add Fog Blade #2 and set it
