	Tsukasa Kadoya (門矢 士 Kadoya Tsukasa) is an interdimensional traveler who transforms into Kamen Rider Decade (仮面ライダーディケイド Kamen Raidā Dikeido, Masked Rider Decade). A hypocritical and self-righteous man, he traverses the A.R. Worlds, exercising his role as The Destroyer of Worlds (世界の破壊者 Sekai no Hakaisha) on those worlds where he deems destruction is necessary.<br><br>

In Kamen Rider Zi-O, Tsukasa is featured as a recurring character, continuing his exploits across the Rider multiverse. Currently, he observes the actions of Sougo Tokiwa to determine whether or not his world warrants destruction.<br><br>

<details open="open"><summary class="section-head">Personality</summary>

	According to others, he was the ruthless and unforgiving leader of Dai-Shocker who easily tortured and killed people with little to no remorse.<br><br>

As Tsukasa traveled between dimensions, his clothing changes to suit the Rider's World, including some accouterments similar in color to his camera and Decadriver. He also exhibits some prior knowledge or a talent necessary to his quest in the Rider's Worlds he enters. Some examples are his knowledge of the Gurongi language in Kuuga's World and his enrollment as a student in Faiz's World. He has also mentioned before that he is capable of doing anything except for taking photos. He also tends to tell American jokes from time to time that sometimes scares others. He is also quite cocky as he often taunts people from time to time.<br><br>

However due to his travels, he slowly lost his memories and ended up in a world in with no clear goal in life. He became very hypocritical and self-righteous and possessed a strong desire to "catch the world" using his photos. Unbeknownst to him due to his status as an outsider of the world, his photos do not develop well and foreshadow his fate as the Destroyer of Worlds. It's because of this that Narutaki began to follow him to other worlds to spread a fact that Decade will one day destroy them all.<br><br>

Despite having these less than admirable traits, Tsukasa still tries to save innocent people as Decade, while teaching both the A.R. Riders and himself a valuable lesson in life. He also seems to care for the people close to him as he saved his sister from Tsukikage's influence. He was also the one who helped give Shotaro closure as well as helped Haruto when he was in doubt.<br><br>

After fully reclaiming his memories, his personality gained qualities of both his old and new selves. Instead of outrightly claiming that a world needs to be destroyed, he now closely observes the events of the worlds to determine whether it is required to destroy it or not, even looking into its past and future, like what he began to do in the World Of Zi-O due to the possible emergence of Zi-O becoming Oma Zi-O. If required, he may also temporarily ally himself to the villains of that world without them knowing his true motives. However, he still maintains his heroic nature whenever he needs to fight the evil himself.<br><br>

Before a climatic battle begins, Tsukasa answers a major villain's demand for his identity by saying that he is "Just a passing-through Kamen Rider, remember that!" (通り過がりの仮面ライダーだ、覚えておけ！ Tōrisugari no Kamen Raidā da, oboeteoke!).<br><br>

On a funnier note, he heavily disagree if someone defines his rider colour designation as Pink. He'll go full length to explain that his rider colour designation is Magenta, to the point of annoyance for other people.<br><br>

Tsukasa uses a "Decade Pink" Blackbird Fly 135 Twin-lens Reflex Camera.<br><br>

	Early Life

<blockquote>
	<h3>Discovering His Powers</h3>
	Ten years before the start of his adventures, Tsukasa was orphaned, leaving him and his younger sister Sayo Kadoya in the custody of his family's butler, Nobuhiko Tsukikage. Sayo feared going outside, which manifested the ability to open Dimensional Walls. Tsukasa would exploit these abilities to explore different worlds, which upset his sister who was left in her room in their home reality.<br><br>

Before long, Tsukasa discovered he possessed the same power to manipulate Dimensional Walls and began traveling alone to other worlds. At an unspecific time during his teens, he was appointed the "Great Leader of Dai-Shocker" (大ショッカー大首領 Dai Shokkā Dai Shuryō) and acquires the Decadriver and Ride Booker. Using his position and power, he began his conquest across different dimensions, which would become known as "A.R. Worlds".<br><br>

However, one year into his campaign, Tsukasa suffered amnesia caused by turbulence while traveling between numerous dimensions and arrived in the World of Natsumi.<br><br>


	<h3>Becoming Decade</h3>
	Disoriented by his travels through the Dimensional Wall, Tsukasa meets a native of the A.R. World, a young woman named Natsumi Hikari who comments on the distorted photos he's taken. Unable to recall anything regarding his past, he and Natsumi are separated by a Dimensional Wall. Natsumi is transported to a pocket dimension where she is pursued by various kaijin. While evading her pursuers, she recovers the Decadriver, an item she recalls from her dreams. Meanwhile, Tsukasa too is transported to a pocket dimension where he encounters Wataru Kurenai. Addressing him as "Decade", Wataru states Tsukasa that his world is ending, and that Tsukasa is needed to protect it.<br><br>

Reuniting with Natsumi, Tsukasa uses the Decadriver to transform into Kamen Rider Decade. Using the power of the Rider Cards, he transforms into Kamen Riders Kabuto, Faiz, and Hibiki to dispatch the Worm, Orphnoch and Makamou horde. Confused by the ordeal, Tsukasa and Natsumi returns to find her world besieged by Kaijin. Wataru arrives, placing the world in stasis, where he offers an explanation behind the carnage. He details the status of the "Nine Worlds" and assigns Tsukasa the task of traveling to these worlds to seek out the Kamen Riders and resolving the disturbances in each world while he and other Kamen Riders contain the convergence.<br><br>
