I looked at the applications and no one had submitted a bad one it's just these 3 had very solid answers and for the most part Jane was already one in the eyes of the other members as for Rosie and L one was based off of experience and the other off of relationships with the members

Honestly I want to answer all of this but it is really difficult to type it all out on this small ass phone I am currently using.. first of all I had brought up the applications the channel and all of that in an announcement, then I had a conversation with Ducky about the idea for a monthly cycle for now until we feel we have enough staff, then I waited 2 days for a response of some kind and because for some odd reason pings are the devil whether they are good or bad I out of respect for the others opted to not ping because I have been @ everyone about this stuff already and it would have been overkill
