As for young spirit doll Itami was "born" with astonishing hunger for knowledge, her youngest of years already involved studies over manuals, textbooks and notes which most wouldn't touch until reaching Colleges or Universities. Her studies lasted until her fifth birthday, it was where she began to slowly experiment with her first computer, one she gathered money for and built it. At first she made her attempts were rather innocent as they involved slight software modifications to improve the overall processing speed, in addition giving her a bit wider angle of what she was able to do with her machine.

At slow pace she understood that tiny modifications as hers wouldn't change anything, that is why she began to tinker with each of the physical components of her machinery, sometimes adding or removing few parts for experimentation, on other occasions she took her chances with trying to find more reliable minerals and materials for each separate piece, trying to find ones that are capable of resisting higher temperatures, are cheaper and easier to acquire, but in return not loosing on quality and electrical conductivity.

Her slow experimentation took her few of her two years bringing nothing but endless costs and headaches which she finally couldn't bear, deciding that instead she will attempt to either scavenge for any natural mineral somewhere on Earth that she could use, or she would attempt to create an artificial one through altering their molecular base, by removing any atoms that were useless and replacing them with any that she would want or need, for her desired goal, although she had to ensure that her work was safe, each tiny mistake could have brought catastrophic results to her lab and environment.

Through her hard, time consuming and dedicated work, she slowly pushed on with her work, through numberless attempts, experiments and practices, she slowly reached discovery of new mineral, at first her new discovered mineral was hard to obtain, as on her own she needed weeks to produce few grams of it, but over the time, she finally managed to create an equipment capable mass production of it, in any quantities she ever wanted or needed, with that, she slowly began to implement it within her machinery, tripling their processing speed, while reducing their power consumption to near minimum of volts per days of usage, their lifespan possible of reaching hundreds of years if ever needed to, as well as thermal resistance, making them capable of working in higher temperatures, that previous equipment was capable of.

With her newly discovered mineral, she brought revolution to computing industry, making the equipment vastly accessible to even those poorest of citizens.
