[justify][SIZE=3]The District of East Los Santos is the industrial hub of the City. With their factories in La Mesa and Cypress Flats and the Port of Los Santos. The Port of Los Santos is the busiest port in America with approximately $236 billion worth of cargo coming through every year. The Terminal located on the same island is home to several different businesses and is also used as a storage area for the cargo coming in and out of the Port. East Los Santos is split up into many smaller neighborhoods including La Mesa, El Burro Heights, Murrieta Heights, and Cypress Flats, containing a mix of different industrial and residential areas within the district itself. The port of Los Santos also contains one of our biggest employers in the City. Upon entering the city, many members of the community find it difficult to find a well-paying job. To help combat this issue, the local trucking depot is very lenient with hiring individuals from Los Santos San Andreas to keep our community going, ensuring a healthy employment rate within the district.

[CENTER][SIZE=4][COLOR=#184267]Catherine O'Donnolly[/COLOR][/size][/CENTER]

[justify][SIZE=3]Catherine was born and grew up in Dublin, Ireland; getting her Masters of Social Work and Political Science at Trinity College. While still living at home, Catherine would spend most of her free time volunteering at her local homeless shelter, eventually getting involved in and managing the shelter. Catherine’s main goal while working at the shelter was helping the homeless get off the streets and into safe housing.

Catherine decided to change her life by moving to Los Santos and seeing what America had to offer her. Upon arriving into the City, she became the owner of the Cool Beans Café in Vespucci beach. Catherine likes to keep jobs available for those who need them.

Eventually, she ran for her district's seat in the City Council, to partner up with others, advocating on behalf of those who cannot advocate for themselves. As a City Councillor, Catherine wishes to push for public housing, civil rights and equality within her district, and the city of Los Santos as a whole.
